About Me

Hi, my name is Emmanuel Barbee I am the founder and president of the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement. I am also the new urban author of the book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America.” This book is an auto-biography about my experience growing up in the inner city of Chicago ghettos.

I also wrote this book to promote my organization The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement. It has three main components: a social service component, a spiritual component, and a political component. The social service component will assist single black mothers, single black fathers, and low income working two parent families who reside in the black ghetto/the hood with job training, education, and child daycare services.

I am not just on here to sell my book but also to develop personal and professional relationships. GRCAM will fulfill Dr. King's dream of ending poverty and structural inequality in America. My creator has given me the answer on how to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in America. The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute will be our alternative school. We will offer four basic classes an acting class, journalism, oil painting, and a music workshop.


In addition, We will offer onsite child daycare service. Unfortunately, I have no black organizations in Chicago willing to do a partnership with me nor do I have any support from the black church in my former community this is why I wrote my story to share my vision and also to generate revenue/seed money to offer an incentive to talented people to join my board of directors/advisory board to assist me in turning my vision into reality. Once we're established in Chicago I plan on expanding GRCAM to 25 states in America and then aboard to Africa, Brazil, and the Caribbean Islands.


This is my contribution back to my community and to my people world wide. I am gifted in the area of research I can find any and everything in print. I assist others who have accepted my hand of friendship with finding college scholarships - grants, small business grants; housing; legal services and employment on a national level all for free. My organization In depth:


* To launch a new movement in the hood that consist of a social
   service component, a  spiritual component, and a political
   component.

* To recruit the best and brightest people across the United States
   and overseas to come to Chicago, Illinois and join my board of
  directors and or my advisory team. I seek to recruit local investors
  as well as foreign investors to meet with me and my attorney in
  order to make this organization successful and effective for years
  to come.

* To end the genocide in American ghettos. * To united The Hood
   nationwide - East  Coast, West Coast, Midwest, Dirty South
* To reduce the number of Black Men in prison.
* To promote marriage in the Black Community.
* To change the negative statistics in the Black Community.
* To promote New Hood and start a new political party Democratic
   Socialist Party
* To promote Entrepreneurship and create our own businesses in
   the Black Community.
* To educate the community about Financial Intelligence and
   investing.
* To provide employment to all my members in the Black
   Community.
* To educate the Black Community about Democratic Socialism.
* To work directly with single black mothers and single black
   fathers to assist them with  job training, child  care services, 
   employment and other resources.
* To end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequalities once and
   for all in America.
* We will offer a second chance program for ex-offenders who are
   truly remorseful for  their past deeds. 

All racial groups are welcome to join this cause however, everyone must accept the principles based in my book "The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America." No criminals, No gangs, and No half steppers allowed. Once we are established in America we will expand to the African continent, Brazil, and the Caribbean Islands. 

GRCAM only exist online for now. I want to build a personal relationship with all my cyber friends and associates as well as my supporters from around the globe. I am ready to move from behind a computer screen and begin setting up chapters across the United States in every city and in every ghetto in America. I have the answers on how to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in Black America and in America in general. I am not a politician I am a Christian Socialist and I am proud of it.
