For those of you who don’t have an idea about me and what I am all about here is a summary about my book and what I am trying to start in Urban America. The purpose of my "The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America" Second Edition is an auto-biography about my personal experience growing up in the inner city of Chicago ghettos. I also wrote this book to generate capital/seed money so that I can start my organization (The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement). It has three main components: a social service component, a spiritual component, and a political component. All racial groups are welcome to join GRCAM. So far my organization only exist online. I am not just on here to sell my book but also to develop long term friendships/ professional relationships. I am gifted in the area of research I can find anything in print. I assist others who have accepted my hand of friendship with finding college scholarships - grants, small business grants; housing; legal services and employment on a national level all for free.

But in order for me to start my organization I need capital/seed money. I don’t ask for donations In order for me to offer incentives to talented individuals I must sell my story. I am on 300 social networks and I correspond with 125,000 people worldwide my book should be on the best sellers list by now. Finally, I wrote my book because I lack support from established black organizations like the Chicago NAACP, Chicago Urban League, and Rainbow Push. Nor do I have support from the black churches from my former community. I am on all these social networks to reach reasonable brothers, sisters, and others who have read my book and agree with my vision and what I am trying to do in Urban America. I wrote this book to promote my private organization GRCAM. I am seeking 30 people in the state of Illinois or beyond who have read my book to come to Chicago and work with me directly in getting my organization started. We will provide goods and services to the low income African American Community in order to help stop the genocide in American ghettos. Once my organization is established in Chicago I plan to expand in 25 other cities in America.

My focus is on starting a new Black America and assisting our future generations who are trapped in American ghettos in reaching their personal life goals here in America and throughout the Diaspora. Once my organization is established in the United States I plan to expand abroad to Africa, Brazil, and the Caribbean Islands. I am currently seeking film directors and play directors who have read my book and agree with my vision to come forward to turn my book into a movie or a play. Once the cash flows starts kicking in then I can be in a better position to hire others who are working with me directly. “What an awesome work the Lord did in this author, because he is a prolific first time writer to write such a outstanding book filled with an array of knowledge! Emmanuel Barbee's book is proficiently titled, because he conveys and expresses in very powerful motivating exciting interesting enlightening captivating well written descriptive words throughout the book to inform an audience all ages and diversities. This book rivets with knowledgeable information on all he wants to do for the people in the inner cities of America, mainly for our children! He outlines and details all he has to do from A to Z, and this book is a method to recruit talented people to work with him in his future organization, GRCAM! He has a passion for our children's future to change and make things different according to the vision God implanted in him! God is using this book to shine light into all the darkness that's happening in the inner cities! Barbee paints a colorful picture of all the Lord has gifted him to do in this book. His plans are very insightful detailed oriented engaging thought out which highlights his experiences from a child to an adult growing up in the ghettoes of Chicago. His mind is focused on the past, present and future in this book.

The Lord is using this willing vessel, and he is an instrument proclaiming his love for God with many passages in the book! His life and future business is based on God's will! He addresses life in the jungle of the ghetto with very edgy hardcore down to earth truthful testimony. This visionary's vision is prophetic, and it has never been done before which makes it unique different and one of a kind. He offers a solution to end gun violence in the ghettoes, and he addressed all the issues concerning the plight of African Americans through the vision God equipped him with also how to how to help in those communities by collectively educating and instilling godly values like faith, godly pride, respect, love and responsibility. You can feel his passion for wanting to return and help those, who are facing the same dilemma and worse like he once did! He’s blessed to be a survivor, and he lives a criminal free positive life as a citizen! He’s calling on African Americans and all people to join him in a making the ghettoes a safe haven of positivity and ridding it of all negativity in the near future by purchasing the book, agreeing with the principles and helping in his future business. The book is worth every dollar, so he can start his organization, GRCAM to save our future from senseless violence. (Taking a stand for our forgotten children trapped in American ghettos)

Gun violence is a crime. It is a crime with thousands of victims.

* Since the mid 1980s, nearly 17,000 Americans have been killed and more than 700,000 have been injured each year in gun related cases. Three out of 10 Americans will face the possibility of being directly involved in gun related incident during their lifetime.

* The total economic cost of gun violence to Americans exceeds more than $50 billion each year in economic terms. An individual has choices a choice to put down the gun, a choice of whether or not to shoot. Gun fatality injuries can be prevented.

* My organization will educate the community about gun violence and offer support groups to strengthen gun control legislation starting in Chicago and 25 other cities in America.

The purpose of the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement is to raise awareness about the conditions faced by children, who are trapped in American ghettos and the impact of gun violence in those communities. Our independent political party (democratic socialist party) will offer a plan of action on how we will end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality to the communities and cities we will serve. In addition, we will hold criminals accountable for their actions. As long as criminals are protected by the current system, our communities will only become more violent and our citizens will only become less cooperative with law enforcement.

GRCAM will provide the low income African American Community with goods and resources to rebuild the community by providing better schools and create legitimate jobs in the process. It is time for working class blacks, middle class blacks, under class blacks, and others who care about black issues to work with me, so we can implement legislation which will form a accountability Council, who will put Rogue Cops and Urban Terrorist on notice to end the reign of gun violence in our community once and for all.

The proceeds from my book will allow me to move from behind a computer and begin turning my book into a movie after I network with several film directors and producers. As soon as the cash flow start kicking in, I will earn enough capital to begin hiring my staff and setting up my business in Chicago and 25 other cities in the United States. Once my organization is established in America I plan to expand abroad to Africa, Brazil, and the Caribbean Islands.

Why is it I have no black churches from my former community willing to work with me in starting my organization in the hood? I believe the only reason they refuse to work with me, because I speak out against the financial elites, and they don’t want to lose their 501(c)(3) tax exempt status. I am not your average Christian, for I am a Christian Socialist and proud of it. I explain in detail in my book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” Second Edition the third chapter is about faith. Christian socialism is based on the teachings of Jesus. Many Christian socialists believe capitalism to be idolatrousand rooted in greed, which some Christian denominations consider a mortal sin. Christian socialists identify the cause of inequality to be associated with the greed which they associate with capitalism.

What does the Bible say about the prosperity gospel? In the prosperity gospel, the believer is told to use God, whereas the truth of biblical Christianity is just the opposite God uses the believer. Prosperity theology sees the Holy Spirit as a power to be used for whatever the believer wills. The Bible teaches the Holy Spirit is a Person, who enables the believer to do God's will. The prosperity gospel movement closely resembles some of the destructive greed sects, who infiltrated the early church. Paul and the other apostles were not accommodating to or conciliatory with the false teachers, who propagated such heresy. They identified them as dangerous false teachers and urged Christians to avoid them.

Paul warned Timothy about such men in 1 Timothy 6:5, 9-11. These men of “corrupt mind”supposed godliness was a means of gain and their desire for riches was a trap that brought them “into ruin and destruction.” The pursuit of wealth is a dangerous path for Christians and one which God warns about: “For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.” If riches were a reasonable goal for the godly, Jesus would have pursued it. But He did not, preferring instead to have no place to lay His head (Matthew 8:20) and teaching His disciples to do the same. It should also be remembered that the only disciple concerned with wealth was Judas.

Paul said covetousness is idolatry (Ephesians 5:5) and instructed the Ephesians to avoid anyone, who brought a message of immorality or covetousness (Ephesians 5:6-7). Prosperity teaching prohibits God from working on His own, meaning that God is not Lord of all because He cannot work until we release Him to do so. Faith, according to the Word of Faith doctrine, is not submissive trust in God; faith is a formula by which we manipulate the spiritual laws that prosperity teachers believe govern the universe. As the name “Word of Faith” implies, this movement teaches that faith is a matter of what we say more than whom we trust or what truths we embrace and affirm in our hearts.

A favorite term used in the Word of Faith movement is “positive confession.”This refers to the teaching that words themselves have creative power. What you say, Word of Faith teachers claim, determines everything that happens to you. Your confessions, especially the favors you demand of God, must all be stated positively and without wavering. Then God is required to answer (as though man could require anything of God). Thus, God's ability to bless us supposedly hangs on our faith. James 4:13-16 clearly contradicts this teaching: “Now listen, you who say, ‘Today or tomorrow we will go to this or that city, spend a year there, carry on business and make money.’ Why, you do not even know what will happen tomorrow.

What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes.”Far from speaking things into existence in the future, we do not even know what tomorrow will bring or even whether we will be alive. Instead of stressing the importance of wealth, the Bible warns against pursuing it. Believers, especially leaders in the church (1 Timothy 3:3), are to be free from the love of money (Hebrews 13:5). The love of money leads to all kinds of evil (1 Timothy 6:10). Jesus warned, “Watch out! Be on your guard against all kinds of greed; a man's life does not consist in the abundance of his possessions” (Luke 12:15). In sharp contrast to the Word of Faith emphasis on gaining money and possessions in this life, Jesus said, “Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal” (Matthew 6:19). The irreconcilable contradictions between prosperity teaching and the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ is best summed up in the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:24, “You cannot serve both God and money.”

(My Prayer Request)

I’m calling upon all of my cyber Christian friends and associates on my friends list to pray that my book will become a best seller and also that talented individuals would come forth and join my project team so that I can begin making this film that is badly needed in this day and age. I am seeking undiscovered artist, film directors, and producers to help me put my story on the golden screen to share with the whole world about my personal life story and my vision on how to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in Urban America and in America in general. Once the cash flow start kicking in I will be in a better position to hire those who have been working with me directly behind the scene.

Those of you who are serious about being in my movie I strongly recommend that you read my book first and then decide if you want to play a part in my film project. I have done all that I could to reach reasonable brothers, sisters, and others in my city as well as on several social networks but few continue to heed my message. The Plot:

The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America second edition is based on Emmanuel Barbee’s personal life experience growing up in the inner city of Chicago ghettos. The book depicts a place in America where people are deprived of most luxuries, and in constant struggle to survive. The burden of his struggle falls on Emmanuel shoulders as he tries to protect and help his mother with their daily needs. His family lives in the midst of violence wrought by local drug gangs, who control the neighborhood. Children living in those communities have a bleak future dealing with failing school system and trying to survive on a daily basis to adulthood. Emmanuel does his best to get others within and beyond his community to start a new movement which will bring about real change at the local level and in other cities, but he is unable to convince others to join his cause “Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos.” But his ultimate goal is to find thirty people within Illinois or beyond to come to Chicago and work with him directly in starting his organization the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement first in Chicago then eventually in 25 other cities in America. Once his organization is established in the United States he plans to expand to Africa, Brazil, and the Caribbean Islands.

The low income African American Community:

The inner city offers few productive activities for those, who are trapped in American ghettos. There are some community organizations which offers programs for troubled youths, but space and funding are extremely limited. Apart from playgrounds and a few recreational centers, there are few safe places where children can go within the black ghetto. Capitalism benefits from poverty stricken communities, because it creates a black market, such as the drug trade in order to entrap career criminals to be imprison for the penal system this is capitalism 101. Drug Gangs has a great influence on children in those neighborhoods. They are lured by the fast money as drug dealers or gun traffickers. Though Emmanuel never joined a gang, he occasionally found himself in a group of shady neighborhood kids, who committed petty crimes. Emmanuel steers completely clear of wrong doing throughout the book, as he has tries to be a model citizen.


Emmanuel was chased out of his former community by criminals and street thugs during his street campaign. He relocated in North Chicago and begin creating online groups in 1991. He is gifted in the area of research he can find anything in print. He assist others who have accepted his hand of friendship with finding college scholarships - grants, small business grants; housing; legal services and employment on a national level all for free. His organization will fulfill Dr. King's dream of ending poverty and structural inequality in Urban American and in America in general after they end gun violence first in the communities and cities that will receive his services.

His story presents the other side of the so called American dream. His book mentions that children as young as thirteen years old are already engaged in urban violence, and gang membership. There are several points Emmanuel mention in his book which are useful in understanding the social context of the urban poor in American society. First, his story addresses some of the causes of domestic violence. Emmanuel points out that the youth are robbed of their innocence by their social environment. Their attitudes are shape by violence that they encounter on a daily basis due to neglect from the broader society which is why Emmanuel calls for starting a new political party “democratic socialist party” at the local level to address community issues and to create their own laws which are compatible to the dominate culture. He wants the community to be an equal partner in his private organization and for them to put his political party in power at the local level. Their first goal is to change the current gun laws and to work with other communities beyond the black community in order to build trust with the community he plans to serve. More resources are given from the federal government to combat international terrorism, because capitalism have an interest in protecting commerce more than urban terrorism which effects those who are trapped in American ghettos.

Secondly, his book presents the case that children could succeed if given a chance. Emmanuel exemplifies this by excelling when given the chance to attend college. The story also reveals a gross violations of human rights, depriving most of the youths of chances of successful futures. Established black organizations and career politicians who are supposed to maintain peace and order as well as look after the welfare of the community are the ones who corrupted the budget intended for the betterment of the people they were suppose to serve. He calls them black capitalist. For him they are the ones largely responsible for the horrendous living conditions in the black ghettos of America. Behold a new day is about to occur in Urban America only if the community and society wants it.

According to the Bible in the book of Hosea 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children. In the book of Isaiah 43:19 Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert. In the book of Isaiah 61:1-11 The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn; To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified. And they shall build the old wastes, they shall raise up the former desolations, and they shall repair the waste cities, the desolations of many generations. And strangers shall stand and feed your flocks, and the sons of the alien shall be your plowmen and your vinedressers.

But ye shall be named the Priests of the LORD:men shall call you the Ministers of our God: ye shall eat the riches of the Gentiles, and in their glory shall ye boast yourselves. For your shame ye shall have double; and for confusion they shall rejoice in their portion: therefore in their land they shall possess the double: everlasting joy shall be unto them. For I the LORD love judgment, I hate robbery for burnt offering; and I will direct their work in truth, and I will make an everlasting covenant with them. In the book of Matthew 25:35-40 For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me. Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink? When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee? Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?
