Hello my name is Emmanuel Barbee I am a social entrepreneur. A social entrepreneur uses entrepreneurial principles to organize, create and manage a social venture to achieve a desired social change. The main aim of social entrepreneurs is to solve social, cultural, and environmental problems. I am also a new urban author of the book "The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America." I am also the founder and President of the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement. GRCAM is a private for profit service base business that was created back in May of 1991. GRCAM has three main components. A social component, a spiritual component, and a political component. Our social component will assist single black mothers, single black fathers, and low income two parent families with goods and services such as employment base training programs which could provide jobs to our clients and members as well as teach those who want to start their own business within the community so that our people who reside in those communities can raise their children with dignity and in peace. Provide a second change program for ex offenders so that they can become productive citizens and start a new life. Our spiritual component will meet the need to assist others in their spiritual growth by given a clear understand of God’s kingdom and their purpose in this organization. Our political component will create our own political party called the democratic socialist party which will deal with changing the current gun laws one city one state at a time.

Our private alternative school will focus on performing arts, oil painting, journalism, and a music workshop. The main purpose for GRCAM is to bring goods and services to low income African American community and to honor, encourage, salute, empower, uplift, and evangelize to those who reside in those communities. Furthermore, GRCAM will speak into the lives of the broken-hearted, help restore those from broken homes and heal from the scars of slavery, unite the black middle class, the black working class, the underclass and other racial groups who want to be a part of this organization, serve in ministry, promote teenage abstinence, and encourage the incarcerated as well as provide shelter to the homeless in our nonprofit business. GRCAM was created to encourage and uplift those who are going through trials, tribulations, provide financial intelligence, and couples/marital advice. GRCAM is focused on providing high quality service and customer satisfaction.

I am well-rounded background including experience in Mass Communications and Personal Development, an urban author, community activist and a motivating speaker. I am gifted in the area of research I can find anything in print. I assist others who have accepted my hand of friendship with finding college scholarships - grants, small business grants; housing; legal services and employment on a national level. Further, I am very keen on providing administrative support, virtual assistance services, and business consulting to help you and your company reach optimum results. Global Capitalism

The reason why the world is in such turmoil and unrest. The financial elites control the worlds food supply, natural resources, and impose high taxes on the non-wealthy. Who in their right mind want to continue to be dictated to and live under the laws that the elites have impose on society since the creation of capitalism?  We are living in the information age and the power that be “the financial elites” can no longer hide behind their old tricks and continue to hoard the world’s resources while the majority scramble for crumbs.   In my book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America”  I provide a road map on how to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in Urban America and in America in general.  I also provide a constructive approach with dealing with the financial elites instead of using violence as a means to achieve an end result. (The Relationship Between Church and State)

The reason why the Klan was created was to prevent our people from learning about the power of voting. They knew that sooner or later an organization such as mind would come into existence. During Reconstruction our people for the first time in this country held public office and created social service programs for our community and that’s why Jim Crow was imposed on our people to keep our people from having the same rights as southern whites. I discuss this in my book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” and I explain more in depth in my revised book to educate our younger generation about political power. Now religious people are close minded people who buy into the notion that politics is worldly and discourage their family and friends from partaken in such matters. It was the church who help create the Civil Rights Movement that have our people a chance at the American dream.

It’s my organization the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement that will fulfill the Civil Rights Movement in this country once and for all. As far as I am concern the Civil Rights Movement was a form of democratic socialism. My main task at this point in time is to find the best and brightest people in America to help me manage and run this organization that my creator has given me to share with like minded individuals. According to the book of Matthew 25:31-40 God is concerned about what happens to the most vulnerable in our society. Voting rights are a matter of faith. In the book of Exodus 3:7-8 Then the Lord said, "I have surely seen the affliction of my people who are in Egypt and have heard their cry because of their taskmasters. I know their sufferings, and I have come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians and to bring them up out of that land to a good and broad land, a land flowing with milk and honey.” The 2000 election process was a national disgrace. Long lines forced many people in the state of Florida to make a choice between voting and going to work on time, or voting and picking up their children on time from school or daycare. Machines broke down, causing already long lines to be still for hours at a time. In addition, many people were told that they were not eligible to vote, much to their surprise and dismay. As I saw reports of what was happening, and I heard the frustration and disbelief of United States citizens and Florida residents who were kept from the voting process, I could not help but imagine that the same God who called Moses to speak to Pharaoh was not pleased with what was happening in Florida and other states. Since then reforms have made it possible for states and the nation to live up to its responsibility of hearing the voices of all of its citizens.

The Religious Right believed that the morals and tenets of the Christian faith is embodied by the Republican Party. Truth be told both political parties Democrats and Republicans were created by the financial elites as a diversion. In GRCAM we will start our own political party “The Democratic Socialist Party” at the local level as soon as I can find others that have read my book and agree with my vision and all of the principles in my book. Later, when the children of the people whom God set free from Egypt were forming their own society, they would be warned to remember that their parents were once vulnerable, and that they should always provide for the vulnerable, because God cares about what happens to the vulnerable. My creator has given me the answer on how to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in America if given a chance. As a Christian Socialist I am calling all Apostles, Bishops, Clergy, Elders, Evangelist, Ministers, Pastors, Prophets/ Prophetess, and Imams in the United States to first read my entire book and if they agree to contact me by phone or online and help me start GRCAM in 25 cities and states in America. All Christian denominations are welcome. I want prophetic people to help me run this organization starting in Chicago. There is no difference between my faith and civic engagement within my community. The financial elites control the world’s food supply, gas prices, and taxes how come because we live under their system capitalism. I am a Christian Socialist I believe in fairness for everyone regardless of race class or gender. My creator has given me the answer on how to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in Urban America and in America in general if given a chance. Yes the Bible says that the poor will be with us always not everyone will accept my vision and my principles in my book it’s their choice. My message is only for reasonable brothers, sisters, and others who will accept my vision and all of the principles and sign a consent form once we have a place of business.


I have been pushing my vision for 20 years and still I have no established black organizations in Chicago willing to work with me nor do I have any black churches willing to stand with me ask me why? Because they receive funding from the financial elites in the form of 501 (c)(3) tax exempt status and they are not willing to risk losing their funding. This is why I wrote my story “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” to bypass close minded individuals who don’t see the bigger picture. It’s my hope to find others who think outside the box like me to help me manage and run this organization and then present it to my people that are trapped in American Ghettos. After our community becomes stable productive and self sufficient in 25 cities and states in America then we will expand to Africa, Brazil, and the Caribbean Islands. (Our Race Needs You)

Heed or Flee The Choice Is Yours:  I will continue to stand on the principles my creator has given me to share with those who want real change in our community, in our society, and in our lives.

 

The purpose of GRCAM is to gather reasonable brothers, sisters, and others to deal with Rogue Cops and Urban Terrorist in a constructive manner.   For two decades I have tried to get established black organizations and black churches in my former community to work with me in solving crime and gun violence in Chicago they just brush off my views as nonsense but their way is not working.  This is why I wrote my book to bypass closed minded individuals from my city and beyond cyberspace.  I cannot use tunnel vision while my brothers and sisters are being slaughtered just because society view them as unimportant.  I don’t give inspirationally feel good speeches that play on people’s emotions, I can’t sugar coat “genocide.”   My creator has given me the answer on how to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in America and I can prove it if given a chance.  I believe that my first book  “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” was sabotage deliberately because of my views against the power that be “the financial elites” who control this worldly system called capitalism. 

 

Back in 2009 I was unable to find any black publishers to publish my book.  Today I am unable to find any black literary agent to publish my revised book.  I am asking my true supporters to purchase my as is book anyhow and read the entire book. I wanted to remind everyone on my “friends list” that my free Yahoo online conference on Yahoo Messenger will be this coming Friday September 28 2012. (GRCAM Challenge 2013)

It seems to me that the only time black people will unite is only when racism is in the media or when someone from another racial group murders one of our own. For example Hurricane Katrina, Jena six, and Travon Martin.  I sent out 2,561 invites to people on my friends list I only have 48 people that said they will attend my free online conference on Yahoo Messenger.  My organization “The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement” will focus on gathering reasonable brothers, sisters, and others from across America to help me start this organization first in Chicago then in 25 other cities and states in the United States. Then we will expand GRCAM to Africa, Brazil, and the Caribbean Islands.

Then I will do a book tour in 25 states in America.  I want those of you who are serious about working with me to be my contact person when I come to your city.  If you can find 300 people are more then I will come and talk in community centers, churches, colleges/universities, mosques, and any social event that will support my cause “Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos.”   Once my book becomes a best seller then I plan on turning it into a movie to reach those who don’t read.  The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement is for ordinary law abiding citizens. Our focus will be on creating legitimate jobs in the low income African American community so that our people don’t have to become career criminals.  Our social  component will assist single black mothers, single black fathers, and low income two parent families with goods and services so that our people who reside in those communities can raise their children with dignity and in peace.
Our spiritual component will meet the need to assist others in their spiritual growth by given a clear understand of God’s kingdom and their purpose in this organization.  Our political component will create our own political party called the democratic socialist party which will deal with changing the current gun laws one city one state at a time.  
 

GRCAM will unite Black America and provide jobs to the middle class, the working class and the underclass. GRCAM is also open to other racial groups and we will do cooperative alliances with organizations beyond the black community. If you join my organization I will work with you and your immediate family for life as long as you remain a member that’s real talk.  Those that will join my management team (board of directors/advisory board)  you must read my entire book and agree with my vision and all of the principles in my book.  Then I invite you to come to Chicago and work with me directly in turning my vision into reality. Once we’re established in Chicago we will then set up chapters in 25 cities and states in America.  Once we’re established in 25 states then we will expand GRCAM to Africa, Brazil, and the Caribbean Islands. This is my contribution back to my community and to my people worldwide.  Help me with starting this organization and you will go down in history for I share the spot light with those who are sincere and want to help improve the life of black people.
