Attention: All native Africans on my friends list I need you all to stand with me by purchasing my revised book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” Second Edition when it becomes available to the general public. Most native Africans that I am friends with in real life suggest that I should forget about trying to help Black Americans but instead start my organization in Africa where I will get more support. I tell them that I am a Black American and that my creator wants me to first help my people that are trapped in American ghettos. Those are the same communities which I came from.

Although we have our first Black President Barack Obama I’m not impress because we are still under the same system that have enslaved our people still to this day. I am calling upon all Christians, Muslims, and Secular Africans that have family or friends in America, Canada, and Europe to tell them what I am trying to do for our people worldwide to read my story and to help me start my organization in America. As soon as I get my organization established in my city then I will be looking to sponsor some of you on my friends list to come to America and help me run this organization. Out of 125,000 people on my friends list I only have three people actually working with me that’s not acceptable this is why I went public with my story to find the best and brightest people in America to come to Chicago Illinois and help me start the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement. Although I can’t trace back my actual tribe I came from I am still a member of the Negroid race. A majority of people on my page are there just to be seen. Black Americans today have become Americanized and that’s what’s hurting us as a racial group. I have no support from any established black organizations in my city nor do I have any black churches willing to stand with me because they are afraid to lose their 501 (c)(3) tax exempt status from the financial elites. Black capitalist refuse to rent rental space to me in order for me to have a place of business in the low income community because they view me as a potential competitor. The black church view me as a small fry which is a small person in their eyes without any political clout in other words an unimportant person. No community organization, no preacher, and no politician, have the answer on how to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in Urban America and in America in general I do. I provide a road map in detail on how this can be done yet I am still taken as a joke. I disagree with Marcus Garvey that the solution for Black Americans is to return back to Africa and that all of our problems will be solved because Africa is not own by native Africans it’s own by European Capitalist I discuss that in my book in detail.

What my organization will bring to Africa is agricultural technology so that native Africans can feed themselves. A new perspective on neo colonialism and neo imperialism and what to do about it. Create homes for my clients and members not shanties or squatter settlements. I come not to impose American values but to enhance African values through egalitarianism. I plan on establishing GRCAM in all parts of Africa, Brazil, and the Caribbean Islands but I can’t do this alone I need natives in those countries to interact with me by joining my free online groups and network with my true supporters from around the globe. I have started holding online conferences on Yahoo Messenger in order to get acquaint with everyone on my friends list and to be a blessing. I am not on here just to sell my book but to encourage others to join my organization and my online groups. Remember I am gifted in the area of research I can find anything in print. I assist others who have accepted my hand of friendship with finding college scholarships - grants, small business grants; housing; legal services and employment on a national level all for free.

I believe that my first book was sabotage deliberately in order to hurt my creditability and to make me look unprofessional. That’s why I chose another self publishing company called Createspace and my second book will be available within 6 to 8 weeks God willing. Who is Emmanuel Barbee? And What is GRCAM?

My name is Emmanuel Barbee I am a Christian Socialist. A Christian socialist is socialism based on Christian values. A Christian socialist believes that socialism is the logical political choice for a Christian. Christianity is a religion not a political ideology; it is concerned with the human soul, and one could be a very good Christian without holding any political views at all. However, Christian socialists believe that some of the core values of Christianity are to help each other when in need, preserve the sanctity of life, and a rejection of excessive individualism promoted under capitalism.

In contrast, Capitalism encourages greed, selfishness, individualism and the pursuit of material profit at any cost. Capitalism does not force anyone to sin, but it encourages people to sin by rewarding sinful activities. Christians cannot logically support a system that rewards sin. In addition, the principles shared by all socialists Christian make the observation that all political decisions are at their core moral decisions. We believe these values are the most solid foundation for socialism, and socialism is the best way out of the spiritual, political and economic problems in this day and age. According to the book of Luke 2:1 “And it came to pass in those days, that there went out a decree from Caesar Augustus that all the world should be taxed.” Caesar created capitalism but I come to offer an alternative system GRCAM. Those under my leadership will reject being Caesar's subjects and in time will no longer have to pay taxes because we will create our own currency known as e-money. We will push towards advancing the kingdom of God. Those who remain under Caesar/Capitalism will continue to allow the financial elites to remain in power and dictate food prices, gas prices, medical cost, and taxes but don’t blame God for your financial woes. Before we can change the current system we must become un-Americanized and change our mind set. In GRCAM we as black people will deal head on with the Willie Lynch mentality in order to heal from the scars of slavery.

I am a social entrepreneur. A social entrepreneur uses entrepreneurial principles to organize, create and manage a social venture to achieve a desired social change. The main aim of social entrepreneurs is to solve social, cultural, and environmental problems. I am a new urban author of the book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America.” This book is about my personal life experience growing up in the inner city of Chicago ghettos. I wrote this book because I lack support from established black organizations in Chicago. I also wrote this book to generate revenue/seed money to start my profit and nonprofit organization "The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement." I am the founder and President of the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement. GRCAM is a private for profit service base business that was created back in May of 1991. GRCAM has three main components. A social component, a spiritual component, and a political component. Our social component will assist single black mothers, single black fathers, and low income two parent families with goods and services such as employment base training programs which could provide jobs to our clients and members as well as teach those who want to start their own business within the community so that our people who reside in those communities can raise their children with dignity and in peace. We will provide a second change program for ex offenders so that they can become productive citizens and start a new life. Our spiritual component will meet the need to assist others in their spiritual growth by given a clear understand of God’s kingdom and their purpose in this organization. Our political component will create our own political party called the democratic socialist party which will deal with changing the current gun laws one city one state at a time. We will also send a message to Rogue Cops and Urban Terrorist in a constructive manner through our political component.

We will fulfill Dr. King's dream of ending poverty and structural inequality after we focus on ending gun violence in Urban America and in America in general. My creator has given me the answer on how to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in America. We will also create a private school within our organization called “The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute.” We will offer four basic classes an acting class, journalism, oil painting, and a music workshop. In addition, We will offer onsite child daycare. Our private alternative school will focus on performing arts, oil painting, journalism, and a music workshop. The main purpose for GRCAM is to bring goods and services to low income African American community and to honor, encourage, salute, empower, uplift, and evangelize to those who reside in those communities. Furthermore, GRCAM will speak into the lives of the broken-hearted, help restore those from broken homes and heal from the scars of slavery, unite the black middle class, the black working class, the underclass and other racial groups who want to be a part of this organization, serve in ministry, promote teenage abstinence, and encourage the incarcerated as well as provide shelter to the homeless in our nonprofit business. GRCAM was created to encourage and uplift those who are going through trials, tribulations, provide financial intelligence, and couples/marital advice. GRCAM is focused on providing high quality service and customer satisfaction. I am gifted in the area of research I can find anything in print. I assist others who have accepted my hand of friendship with finding college scholarships – grants, small business grants; housing; legal services and employment on a national level all for free. Furthermore, I am a polished professional who provides nothing short of excellence in my work, integrity and service delivery, and someone who provides that little “extra” which makes those ordinary things “EXTRA ordinary that’s what I am seeking from others who will help me start his organization and manage it so that it could be effective and successful for years to come.

My goal of my book is to inform and recruit the best and brightest people who have read my book or will read my book and agree with my vision and all of the principles in my book to connect with me directly either on Facebook, Google Plus, Skype or on Yahoo Messenger. All I ask this that the person or persons have a two year degree or above in accountant; business administration; marketing; social work; finance; law; human resource consultant; business consultant; grant writing; insurance. Those without degrees can be on my advisory board so that everyone can have a voice. I want to start my organization first in my city Chicago. Once we’re established in Chicago then I plan on expanding GRCAM in 25 other cities and 25 states in America. Once we have chapters in 25 states then we will expand aboard to Africa, Brazil, and the Caribbean Islands. At this time I am only seeking 30 people in the United States that agree with what I am trying to do for my people that are trapped in American Ghettos to work with me directly by coming to Chicago and assisting me in turning my vision into reality. GRCAM is open to all racial groups and all law abiding citizens. If the black community support me and accept the principles behind this movement then I can move from behind a computer into 25 major ghettos in American cities. I am starting to notice a pattern every time I try to chat with my so called “friends” with spiritual titles (Apostles, Elders, Evangelist, Bishops, Pastors, Prophets, Prophetess, and Imams they refuse to respond to me. I can understand secular people behaving this way towards me but people of God what’s wrong with this picture? None of those people with those titles have the answer on how to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in Urban America and in America in general otherwise there would be no such problem in our society. This is why I am holding online conferences to give everyone on my friends list to know the real me. It’s more than me trying to sell my book it’s about me recruiting others to work with me directly in getting my organization started first in Chicago then in 25 other cities and states in America. Once my organization is established in America I plan on expanding my organization to Africa, Brazil, and the Caribbean Islands. Some people keep suggesting to me to speak with motivating speakers I decline because I am refuse to run up behind another person when I have the answer on how to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in Urban America and in America in general.

I encourage my few supporters to stand with me on this sooner or later the whole world will know about my organization and then all these people who have been rejecting my vision will want to join my organization not so. I did not ask for this vision nor will I lower my standards my organization is for both great and small and everyone will be treated the same. I refuse to kiss up to another man that’s going to die just like me your money don’t mean jack to me. My message to ordinary law abiding citizens come out from among these fake leaders who only want to enrich themselves and keep you uninformed about the issues. Come out from among these career politicians who don’t understand living by pay check to pay check.

I am seeking the best and brightest people in the United States to help me get my organization started this is one reason why I wrote my book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America.” Another reason why I wrote my book is because established black organizations refuse to work with me because they viewed me as a small fry someone outside the of the system. I am not here to improve the current system I am here to offer an alternative system called GRCAM. Those who want to be free from Caesar/Capitalism make yourself known to me. How in the hell you are going to get change from the same system that have enslaved our people and others and continue to perpetuate poverty and structural inequality? I am currently trapped online because I am unable to find a literary agent to assist me in getting my revised book published but as soon as I am able to find the best publishing company I will do my best at promoting my revised book and getting support from my true supporters who want to be a part of this new movement in Black America.

Our community outreach programs will create legitimate jobs in the black ghettos/the hood, so our young people don’t become career criminals. Finally my goal for being on the Internet is to create a virtual community and unite all of my cyber friends and supporters from around the world to join my cause “Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos.”

(Capitalism or GRCAM: The Choice Is Yours)

According to the book of Luke 2:1 “And it came to pass in those days, that there went out a decree from Caesar Augustus that all the world should be taxed.” In the book of Matthew 22:15-21 “Matthew 22:15 Then went the Pharisees, and took counsel how they might entangle him in his talk. And they sent out unto him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, Master, we know that thou art true, and teachest the way of God in truth, neither carest thou for any man: for thou regardest not the person of men. Tell us therefore, What thinkest thou? Is it lawful to give tribute unto Caesar, or not? But Jesus perceived their wickedness, and said, Why tempt ye me, ye hypocrites? Shew me the tribute money. And they brought unto him a penny. And he saith unto them, Whose is this image and superscription? They say unto him, Caesar's. Then saith he unto them, Render therefore unto Caesar the things which are Caesar's; and unto God the things that are God's.” In the book of Ephesians 6:12 “Ephesians 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”

As a Christian Socialist I wonder why believers are following secular courts. Apostle Paul speaks specifically to this question of Christians filing lawsuits against one another. 1 Corinthians 6:1-7 “Dare any of you, having a matter against another, go to law before the unjust, and not before the saints? Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters? Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life? If then ye have judgments of things pertaining to this life, set them to judge who are least esteemed in the church. I speak to your shame. Is it so, that there is not a wise man among you? no, not one that shall be able to judge between his brethren? But brother goeth to law with brother, and that before the unbelievers. Now therefore there is utterly a fault among you, because ye go to law one with another. Why do ye not rather take wrong? why do ye not rather suffer yourselves to be defrauded?”

Conflicts Within the Church

This passage in 1 Corinthians 6 is addressing the issue of conflicts within the church. Apostle plainly teaches that believers should not turn to secular courts to resolve their differences, directly referring to lawsuits among believers Christian against Christian. Paul implies the following reasons why Christians should settle arguments within the church and not resort to secular lawsuits:

1. Secular judges are not able to judge by biblical standards and Christian values.

2. Christians go to court with the wrong motives.

3. Lawsuits among Christians reflect negatively on the church.

As believers, our testimony to the unbelieving world should be a demonstration of love and forgiveness and, therefore, members of the body of Christ ought to be able to settle arguments and disputes without going to court. We are called to live in unity with humility toward one another. Even more than the secular courts, the body of Christ ought to have wise and godly leaders gifted in handling matters involving conflict resolution. Under the direction of the Holy Spirit, Christians submitted to the proper authority should be able to rightly resolve their legal arguments while maintaining a positive witness.

The Biblical Pattern for Settling Conflicts

Matthew 18:15-17 provides the biblical pattern for settling conflicts within the church:

1. Go directly and privately to the brother or sister to discuss the problem.

2. If he or she will not listen, take one or two witnesses.

3. If he or she still refuses to listen, take the matter to the church leadership.

4. If he or she still refuses to listen to the church, expel the offender from the fellowship of the church.

If you have followed the steps in Matthew 18 and the problem is still not resolved, in some cases going to court might be the right thing to do, even against a brother. I say this cautiously because such actions should be the last resort and decided only through much prayer and godly counsel.

When is Legal Action Appropriate for a Christian?

So, to be very clear, the Bible does not say a Christian can never go to court. In fact, Paul appealed more than once to the legal system, exercising his right to defend himself under Roman law (Acts 16:37–40; 18:12–17; 22:15–29; 25:10–22). In Romans 13 Paul taught that God had established legal authorities for the purpose of upholding justice, punishing wrongdoers, and protecting the innocent. Consequently, legal action may be appropriate in certain criminal matters, cases of injury and damage covered by insurance, as well as trustee issues and other specified instances.

In the book of 2 Corinthians 6:14 Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? In the book of 1 Corinthians 10:26 For the earth is the Lord's, and the fulness thereof. If we as Christians believe that God created the heavens and the earth then why do we allow the financial elites to rule this world? Why do we allow ungodly men to impose their laws upon us? I am unable to find one person in my city to help me start The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement this is why I wrote my story “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America.”This book is about my personal life experience growing up in the inner ghettos and my struggles within the black church and society as well as my vision on how to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in Urban America and in America in general. (Who Benefits From The Murder OF Our Children?)

The same people who I stand against black capitalist, the financial elites, and urban terrorist. This year I have completed my revised book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” thanks in part to my small advisory board members who are dedicated in helping me get my revised book publish. We read through the (LMP) which is the Literary Market Place as well as the Writer’s Market. We sent out query letters and book proposals to over 300 agencies. We got 250 rejection letters and most of them said in their letter that they won’t think my book will sell. In my book I provide a road map to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in Urban America and in America in general. I wrote my auto biography as a result of not getting any support from established black organizations or any black churches in Chicago. I challenge every preacher with such titles as Apostles, Bishops, Clergy, Elders, Evangelist, Ministers, Pastors, Prophets/ Prophetess including Imams in the United States that my organization can end gun violence if given a chance.

As I mentioned in my revised book which is more clear the only people that benefit are funeral homes, gun dealers, the penal system, and liquor stores. In order for GRCAM to become established I need to generate revenue/seed money to start my organization and to offer incentives to talented individuals that will help me make GRCAM effective and successful for years to come. GRCAM will be a private black own service base business to serve the low income African American community. All racial groups and ordinary law abiding citizens are welcome to join us but everyone must sign a consent form because anyone can talk the talk in GRCAM we will solve our social problems once and for all.
