(GRCAM Stands with Africa, Brazil, and the Caribbean Islands)

Although the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement is currently focusing on the low income African American communities my goal is to give back to the community I came from and then after we complete the task of creating legitimate jobs in the hood, forming our own political party at the local level “democratic socialist party” and bring in goods and services to working families that want our services in 25 cities within 25 states. I will then expand my organization abroad to Africa, Brazil, and the Caribbean Islands. This is why I am calling upon all of my cyber friends worldwide to read my book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” Second Edition. This is an auto-biography about my experience growing up in the inner city of Chicago ghettos. I also wrote my book to promote my private for profit service base business GRCAM.

I disagree with Marcus Garvey that the solution for Black Americans is to return back to Africa and that all of our problems will be solved because Africa is not own by native Africans it’s own by European Capitalist I discuss that in my book in detail. My organization will bring legal services and agricultural technology so that native Africans can keep their land and feed themselves. I provide a new perspective on neo-colonialism and neo - imperialism and what we can do about it. My organization will create homes for our clients and members and help them move out of shanties or squatter settlements. I come not to impose American values but to enhance African values through egalitarianism. I plan on establishing GRCAM in all parts of Africa, Brazil, and the Caribbean Islands but I can’t do this alone. I need serious brothers, sisters, and others in Europe, Canada, as well as natives in those countries to join my free online groups and network with my true supporters from around the globe. I will be holding online conferences on Facebook and Skype as well as Yahoo Messenger in order to get acquaint with everyone on my friends list. I am not on here just to sell my book but also to encourage others who have read my book to join my organization and my free online groups. This book begins with my experience living in the black ghetto/ the hood, and how I was illegally removed from my home and thrust into the foster care system and the abuse that I endured.

Chapter Two: Freedom

I explain about my return to my family and my experience living in the hood and my ordeal trying to survive in a hostile environment during my teen years. Hearing stories about my friends and neighbors being beaten or killed on a daily basis.

Chapter Three: On Faith

In chapter three I explain what Christian socialism means to me and about my personal relationship with my creator as well as the vision he has given me in spiritual terms. I also discuss my experience growing up in the black church and the problem with black church today.

Chapter Four: The Black Community

I did a self analysis about the conditions facing the black community and what we can do collectively to solve our social problems by using GRCAM as a new method to solve our issues
once and for all.

Chapter Five: Leveling The Playing Field

I discuss how institutionalized racism and structural inequality has played a role in robbing the urban community and how public education, real estate companies, and insurance companies
have influence the social conditions in the black ghettos in this day and age.

Chapter Six: The Drug Problem

I explain how we can effectively solve most or all of the drug problem in our neighborhood and in our country.

Chapter Seven: My Political Views

I provide my own personal political views on how to confront gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in America and how we can collectively change our city and state laws. I discuss why African Americans and others should join the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement. I express my personal views about capitalism and give a complete history and definition of it as well as democratic socialism.

Chapter Eight: The Right Path

This is my message to generation Y and young adults to see the value of joining The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement.

I discuss STD’s the history of sexually transmitted disease in America.

Chapter Ten: The Plan/ The Road Map

This is the most important chapter in the book because I lay out all of the principles that everyone must accept in order for the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement to be effective under capitalism.

I discuss my vision of a better society in which all of us can reach our life goals without continuing being victims of the system.

(Mr. Emmanuel Barbee’s Gift To Urban America)

GRCAM is a private for profit service base business created for the sole purpose to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in Urban America and in America in general. In addition, we will provide violence prevention and pro-vision for stress alleviation to low income working families through our multi services: respite childcare, education and academic enrichment programs. GRCAM will provide high quality strategies and methods for parents and their children through support and guidance; while encouraging self-respect, self-reliance, self-control, family values and stability. The video below is in remembrance of Trayvon Martin and other victims of senseless violence. I wrote my book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” Second Edition. This is an auto-biography about my experience growing up in the inner city of Chicago ghettos. Residential segregation of poor blacks is greater than for any other racial group in America, yet poor blacks have no political power to control or improve their neighborhood, their healthcare clinics, and their education system.

It's my hope to speak with community leaders, local colleges and schools, as well as places of worship in order to share my story and promote my vision and my organization. In my book I provide a road map on how to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in Urban America and in America in general. Q: What makes my book different than others, who write about the same
issues?

A: I have been pushing the need for gun control in our inner cities for the past 21 years. I provide a roadmap on how to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in Urban America and in America in general. We have witness that no past or present organizations in the United States have solved gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality since the Civil Rights era. I wrote my book to first recruit others from around the country, who have read my book, also agree with my vision and all of the principles to contact me, if possible come to Chicago and work with me directly. I view sharing my story as witnessing for God. Q: How will you get funding for your organization (GRCAM)?

A: I’m seeking investors as well as using proceeds from my book to help fund my organization. Every person on my friends list have a chance to be part of this new movement in Black America. My vision is still in progress. GRCAM continues to lack support from Black America and still the black community rejects my vision over career politicians who keep on promising change. I have completed visiting all of the major colleges and universities surrounding the Chicago Land area. My next step is focusing on all of the historically black colleges and universities in the United States to gain permission to speak on campus and promote my new book "The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America" Second Edition. I am asking all of my Christian friends and associates, who is able to purchase my book and read my story.

(Attention Black America: How Many More Children Must Die Before My Vision Is Received?)

Every time I hear about another killing in the media from the inner city of Chicago my heart weeps. For the past 21 years I have been on the front lines trying my best to get established black organizations to work with me in ending gun violence in Urban America starting in Chicago. My vision will not be ignored much longer for I will do all I can to promote and recruit others to help me start my organization GRCAM. It’s my hope that my book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America”Second Edition will become a best seller and I can start my organization in Chicago and in 25 other cities in America before we expand to Africa, Brazil, and the Caribbean Islands.

I wrote my book not to become famous but to offer a road map on how to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in Urban America and in America in general. If I continue to wait on black people I will be dead and gone with my vision that’s why my organization is open to all racial groups, who agree with my vision and all of the principles in my book. My organization is open to undiscovered artist and all law abiding citizens. The main question people ask me is how long will it take for me to start GRCAM? I tell them if it was up to me the 125,000 people that I network with on 300 social networks would all purchase my book and join my cause “Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos.” I would then assemble 30 people in the United States, who agree with my vision and are able to come to Chicago to work with me directly in starting GRCAM in Chicago but people have free will. The senseless violence will continue and our taxes will continue to increase as long as our people continue to just sit back and find fault instead of working with a brother like me to turn my vision into reality.

(Now that gun control laws are on the rise is GRCAM relevant?)

Legislatures are now starting to make a change on gun violence because the victims are non black and beyond the ghetto. We are still waiting to get justice for Travon Martin. I will continue to spread my vision in hopes of reaching reasonable brothers, sisters, and others who have read my book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America”Second Edition. The goal of my book is to generate revenue/ seed money in order offer incentives to those who have the talent and skills to help me run the daily operations of my organization starting in Chicago and eventually in 25 cities in America. Once my organization is established in 25 cities we will then expand abroad to Africa, Brazil, and the Caribbean Islands.

It’s been a long time coming 21 years to be exact, currently my organization only exist online because I lack the capital to start my private for profit service base business. this is the main reason why I wrote my story because I lack support from established black organizations in my city. Once my book get on the best sellers list I plan to turn my book into a movie so that the whole world would know about my experience growing up in the inner city ghettos of Chicago as well as my plan on how to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in Urban America and in America in general. I praise my creator for all of my rejections for no man or woman on earth will change the vision that my creator has given me to do. For I have not fail in my mission people have free will. (Read my book for yourself and then decide if my organization is the solution for Urban America)

After the July 2012 mass shooting in Aurora, President Obama and Governor Romney made moving statements that echoed the sorrow we all felt. More than 50,000 Americans within and beyond the ghettos will be murdered by hand guns during Obama’s next term. How can depend on these career politicians to come up with a strategy to end gun violence in America when they only care about winning an election and holding public office? Now that the election of 2012 is over, I can continue to present my case on how to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in Urban America and in America in general. In addition, I will continue to press forward in my cause “Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos” to protect every child that reside in the hood because they also have a right to safety and security, without living in fear of gun violence. Requiring a criminal background check for every gun sold in America is not the answer because criminals can purchase illegal guns from gun traffickers. In April I will be holding an online conference to chat live with those of you who have read my book and agree with my vision and all of the principles in my book. I will answer any and all of your questions that you may have and explain how we can move forward in starting GRCAM in 25 cities in America.

* The goal of my book is first to find others who think outside the box like me to work with me directly in getting GRCAM started in Chicago.

Book Drama

Dear friends and associates The enemy is fighting tooth and nail against my book from getting published. I had high hopes that my book was going to be published with Author House but to my dismay I was wrong. The reason why I selected Author House to be my publisher in the first place was because I seen an ad on mention how fast and affordable Author House was suppose to be and one of my closes friends encourage me to do business with them. I wanted to publish my audio-biography as a way to give back to my community "The Hood" and improve the lives of those who are trapped in the ghettos due to lack of financial support. In addition, I thought that this would be a great opportunity for me to advertise my nonprofit organization too. My organizational strategy was to engage my readers to contact me through e-mail and I would speak with them directly. Those that accept the principles out lined in the book, that want to do direct business with me I would invite others from across the country to come meet me in person and for us to come up with how we are going to get my organization up and running in Chicago first then in every ghetto in America. I paid Author House over two thousand dollars to do a professional job in editing my manuscript and creating a good book cover for my book. They did edit my book, but they they claimed that they found "hard returns" in my manuscript. This is their excuse for not going forward with the production. It's their job to correct those hard returns and I am not about to pay them another thousand. They have not return any of my calls nor my e-mails I have my lawyers on stand by and I will be letting them know by e-mail that I don't want their services any longer. I will be using Xlibris which will give me less royalty but I will be able to express my true feelings about my experience. I found a Christian publishing company named Xulon Press and I would have more royalty but the catch is that I would not be able to be authentic. Black publishing companies don't want to touch it because they don't want to go out of business for promoting my vision. I need to express my true feelings how I feel about American Capitalism and how it perpetuate poverty. My higher power has given me the answer on how to solve gun violence in America, how to end structural inequalities in America, and how to end poverty in America. Those who accept my message I will in turn provide employment, community resources, and work with your immediate family members. Our primary focus is on assist single Black mothers, by providing them with the necessary resources to allow them to reach their life goals while at the same time help keep their children out of gangs and away from drugs. We will also assist Black Men with employment and offer a variety of services which are mentioned in the book. Those who don't like to read in time my book will become a movie and be just as great as Roots. All I need is a good publisher I hope and pray that Xlibris don't disappoint me. I have a story that needs to be told and I have the solution that will end crime, poverty, and unemployment in the hood. This is my gift to those who receive my message. I have bend over backwards to get more people to interact with me directly. I mentioned the online conferences only a hand full have participated. This is why I am trying to get my book published so that you all can see that I am serious then cancer about my calling. I am not trying to impose my spiritual values on anyone that's why I have separate groups. Remember I am willing to share my information in finding grants for small businesses or scholarships for college. I've been helping people find college scholarships back when I was in high school. I also assist people with finding housing, employment, all free of charge. All I want in return is that you purchase "The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, and Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America." So that I can start my non-profit organization. I can't do everything for free since we are still under capitalism. In my book I talk about the benefits of democratic socialism and why we should become a socialist country.
