There is no African American story on earth like “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America.” Mr. Emmanuel Barbee claims to have the answer on how to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in America if given a chance. He has tried endless to get established black organizations in Chicago to work with him they brush off his vision as unrealistic. He tried to get the black churches in his former community to work with him they looked down on him as a small fry with dreams and ignored his vision to end gun violence in Chicago. They also do not want to risk losing their 501 (c)(3) tax exempt status provided by the financial elites. He talked with his alderman and his state representative about his plans on ending gun violence in Chicago they tried to discourage him and told him to work with an organization that is already established and doing what they can to deal with the same issues he wants to do. Emmanuel Barbee has been promoting his vision on 300 social networks and still his message has fallen on deaf ears. In 2005, he begin writing his vision that his creator has given him to share with those who are reasonable meaning those who understand what he is trying to do for the black race. In 2010, his book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” was published but was not edited even though he paid for editing. He is currently looking for find a literary agent to assist him in getting his manuscript in the right hands of a more professional publisher who will value his work. Emmanuel Barbee has been reading through the Literary Market Place (LMP) and the Writer’s Market sending out query letters, book proposals, and his manuscript to 200 literary agents. About half of them rejected his manuscript because they told him they believe that his story won’t sell. The question remains what is it about Emmanuel Barbee’s vision that makes people afraid to work with him and to publish his book in a professional manner?
Q: What is The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement?
A: The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement is an online virtual community started back in 1991 by Emmanuel Barbee. The main focus of this organization is to “Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos” by providing goods and services to my people that are trapped in American ghettos. My goal is to unite the 125,000 people who I correspond with on several social networks to work with me directly in turning my vision into reality. I want to move my organization from behind a computer into Chicago and other cities across the United States. Those who have accepted my hand of friendship I assist them with finding college scholarships – grants, small business grants; housing; legal services and employment on a national level all for free. All I ask is that if they can to purchase my book so that I can move my organization from behind a computer into the communities that want my services. We will start GRCAM on the Westside of Chicago and once established expand to the Southside of Chicago and eventually to 25 other states in America.

Q: What if I live out of state and can’t come to Chicago?

The main focus at this point is to spread the word about my book until my book becomes a best seller then I can start my book tour and if you can ask schools, churches, or mosques then I would be more than happy to come to your state and promote my book as well as encourage others to join my team (board of directors/advisory board) I am only seeking 30 people to help me manage this organization in each of the 25 states that I will be visiting.
Q: What makes your organization different from others that’s already established?
A: My organization will have three main components: a social service component, a spiritual component, and a political component. The social service component will focus on the entire black family from infant to senior citizens and we will work directly with single black mothers, single black fathers, and low income two parent families by providing them with goods and services such as job training, child daycare, and other needs as they arise. We will offer a second chance program for ex offenders so that they can reenter society and restart there life again. Our goal is to first stabilize the community through our outreach community program and create legitimate jobs in the hood so that our young people don’t become career criminals and also to help our clients/members raise their family with dignity and in peace by creating a safe environment for those who are trapped in American ghettos.
The spiritual component will be optional for secular people. We will offer two religions Christianity and Islam. This will be offered to those who want to develop their spiritual growth with their creator.
The political component will be our own political party known as (the democratic socialist party). Their task is to form cooperative alliances with surrounding communities in order for us to circulate and gather petitions so that we can change the current gun laws in our city and throughout the state. In time once we have support from the community and everyone is on one accord with the vision then we will build cooperative alliances with other communities beyond the black community. We will create nonprofit organizations, grocery stores, restaurants, and start our own real estate company to provide affordable housing to our clients and members. Before anyone can join this organization they must first accept the vision and all of the principles in chapter ten and sign a consent form. This organization is open to all racial groups and law abiding citizens. No criminals, No gangs, and No half steppers allowed this is a private organization.
Q: How will your organization avoid scammers?
A: Everyone must sign a consent form and be placed in our database. I will keep taps on our clients, members, and staff. Anyone that is found guilty of deliberately trying to sabotage this organization through false allegation or through defrauding our clients or members will have their name and photo ID placed on our Judas list and that person will be barred for life. We may also take legal action against such person.
Q: How will your organization be funded?
A: This is a for profit organization and it’s my hope to have investors. My first task is to find a literary agent so that my revised book can be republished with a larger publishing company. Once my new book is republished then I will hold a press release and begin my book tour until my book becomes a best seller. Then I plan on using the revenue/seed money to attract talented individuals and offer them incentives to join my team (board of directors/advisory board). We will then work on everything I discuss in my book from starting a alternative school and a child daycare business to branching out into starting nonprofits, restaurants, real estate, and grocery stores all in the community we serve. I stand against black capitalist, the financial elites, and urban terrorist. If a CEO from Wall Street offers me 25 million dollars to give up my vision and go away I will tell him to go to hell. I come not to improve the current system but rather to offer an alternative GRCAM, for the dollar and its value are deflated. Those that receive my vision and all of the principles in my book I will work with them and their immediate family for life as long as they remain a member of GRCAM. The financial elites control food prices, gas prices, and taxes why because we are under their system “capitalism” the worldly system the devil’s kingdom. GRCAM is a spiritual system that is created by my maker and is a gift to those who will help me turn my vision into a reality. I seek only 30 in the United States that have read or will read my story and agree with my vision and all of the principles in my book to come to Chicago and work with me directly in getting GRCAM up and running. Once we’re established we will expand to 25 other states setting up chapters nationwide with a large African American population. Once we’re established in America we will then expand aboard to Africa, Brazil, and the Caribbean Islands. Before we can change the system we must first change our mind set. GRCAM is a democratic socialist organization, all racial groups are welcome to join us but everyone must accept my vision and all of the principles in my book only law abiding citizens can join this organization. Once we come to power those who are under GRCAM will no longer have to pay taxes, furthermore, we will create our own currency known as e-money meaning we will no longer use cash money. In time this will put career criminals out of business and the financial elites from continuing dictating us. Our e-money will be between the customer and the merchant. In GRCAM we as black people will heal from the scars of slavery because we will deal with the Willie Lynch mentality head on. We will learn about reconnecting with our roots and practice egalitarianism. We will teach the Bible to those who want to learn more about my creator, we will teach financial intelligence, history, socio-economics, and politics. We will start our own political party (the democratic socialist party) so that we can change the current gun laws and save lives, get funding for our nonprofits, and offer employment to our clients and members. If I am unable to hire all of my clients and members then we will teach them how to start their own business within the community. This is my contribution back to my community and my people. Again all racial groups and law abiding citizens are welcome to join us. In order to change the current system we have to start by changing our mind set and become un-Americanized. GRCAM will attempt to awaken the Negro to see things from a new perspective. GRCAM will push for a New Black America and start a new system once which this world has never experience before behold a new era in Black America is at hand.
