(Global Vision: Attention Black People Worldwide)

A new year is approaching 2014. I am unable to reach brothers and sisters in Black America why because those who I am running across are Americanized. Twenty two years I have been doing my best to get others involved with my cause “Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos” starting in my city Chicago. To this day I still don’t have anyone in my city willing to step up and work with me in moving my cause from behind a computer. Our racial group is the only constituent that get criticized for trying to do something positive for ourselves by other blacks. Homosexuals have their own agenda, other ethnic groups also have their own agenda such as Asian Americans and Hispanic Americans. All of them have a movement that will progress their cause for their people. Black people are the only ones that have to include everyone else in their struggle why because we have become Americanized. We are further divided based on social class and religion. God himself chose a group of people he calls his own no one dares say that God was playing the race card when he said

In the book of Genesis 17:1-7 And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect. And I will make my covenant between me and thee, and will multiply thee exceedingly. And Abram fell on his face: and God talked with him, saying, As for me, behold, my covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations. In the book of Mark 7:27 But Jesus said unto her, Let the children first be filled: for it is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast it unto the dogs.

This is the main reason why I created my virtual online communities/online groups and why I wrote my revised book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” Second Edition is to gather all of my supporters worldwide to purchase my book, read my story, and spread my book information to those who want real change in the black community and in the black family starting in America. GRCAM is for the black family and for improving the low income African American community. Once I am able to start my organization in America I will then expand my organization abroad to Africa, Brazil, and the Caribbean Islands to people that want and need our services. In my book I provide a road map on how my organization will end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality within the communities and cities that we will serve if given a chance.

My purpose is to generate enough capital from my book sell so that I can offer incentives to thirty talented individuals within the state of Illinois or beyond who have read my book and agree with my plan on improving Urban America. I want them to come to Chicago and work with me directly in getting my organization up and running. As I mentioned in my book I will have five people on my team placed within six groups working on different task at once.

I want to make my city a model first before we expand GRCAM in 25 other cities within 25 states which has a large African American population. Once we're established in 25 states I plan on expanding my organization abroad. The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement will be a private for profit service base business. It will have three main components a social service component, a spiritual component, and a political component. Our focus is on strengthening single black mothers, single black fathers, and low income two parent families that want and need our services. We will provide goods and services to our clients and members and provide private employment within the organization pending on our budget and sponsorship. Most of all we will confront the Willie Lynch Mentality which is holding us back as a racial group.

In GRCAM we will solve our social problems such as institutionalized racism, structural inequality, and police brutality instead of reacting or complaining about these issues which was going on during the Civil Rights Era. It’s my hope to reach reasonable brothers, sisters, and others who want to help me start this new movement in Black America. I want the best and brightest people on board to help me make this organization effective and successful for years to come.

I am not seeking any donations, there are no gimmicks, and no games. Those who step forward and join my team I will openly reward you and you will go down in history for I share the limelight. (Spreading My Vision On The Internet)

No matter how bad I want to start my organization, without the support from Black America GRCAM will never come about. For twenty two years I’ve been doing my best trying to reach our people online and in person about my organization since 1991. I assist others who have accepted my hand of friendship and join my online groups I assist them with finding college scholarships/grants; nonprofit grants; small business grants; housing; legal services and employment on a national level all for free. I am on 300 social networks and I correspond with 125,000 people worldwide but still to this day I have no one on my board of directors and only three people on my advisory board this is unacceptable Black America.

In 2010, I wrote my first book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America.” It came to my attention that my first book was not edited I paid for editing and publishing in full. The reason I wrote my book in the first place is because I am unable to find anyone in my city to work with me in starting this organization. I want to get my name out to the public and also to generate enough capital to attract thirty talented individuals within the state of Illinois or beyond who have read my book and agree with my plan on improving Urban America, for them to come to Chicago and work with me directly in starting my organization.

I also wrote my book because I lack the manpower and the capital to start my business. The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement will be a private for profit service base business. It will have three main components: a social service component, a spiritual component, and a political component. It's a spin off from the Civil Rights Movement "The Poor People's March." Our focus is on strengthening single black mothers, single black fathers, and low income two parent families that want and need our services. We will provide goods and services to our clients and members and provide private employment within the organization pending on our budget and sponsorship. Most of all we will confront institutionalized racism and the Willie Lynch Mentality which is holding us back as a racial group. As I mentioned in my book I will have five people on my team placed within six groups working on different task at once. After we’re established in Chicago I plan on expanding GRCAM in 25 cities within 25 states which has a large African American population. In my book I provide a road map on how my organization will end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality within the communities and cities that we will serve if given a chance.

In 2012, I found another publisher Createspace and one of my advisory board members help edit my revised book. This is my authentic voice and my message is only for those who want real change at the local level. This book is more than just about me it’s also about the state of Black America and saving our children from self destruction. In addition, it’s about offering a new plan to improve our low income African American Communities starting in Chicago. My vision goes beyond Urban America, my creator also wants me to expand my organization abroad to Africa, Brazil, and the Caribbean Islands to people that want and need our services.

This task is to big for just one man if you feel lead in helping me with my cause “Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos” then purchase my book and share my book information with your family, friends, and places of worship to those who are concerned about black issues and the state of Black America. (The Crisis In Black America Urban Violence: Where Are My Intellectuals?)

First I would like to ask everyone with a heart to pray for the victims and their families in the Philippine’s. Tomorrow I will be holding my last online conference on Yahoo Messenger. November 11^th 2013 will mark twenty two years that I have been pushing my virtual organization/ online groups. This is also my first year that my revised book has been available to the public on Amazon.com and Createspace.com "The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America" Second Edition.

You may wonder what’s preventing me from starting my organization the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement? The answer is lack of support from our own people. First I don’t have the capital to start my business this is why I wrote my book to get my message out to the public. I am not asking for any donations until I have my team in place and we have a place of business in Chicago. I am not going to go into debt taking out a business loan and then my business in up failing because I wanted to give back to my community and my people but because of this Willie Lynch Mentality within our culture my business fails due to lack of support.

Until I am able to find 30 people within the state of Illinois or beyond who have read my book and agree with my plan/vision on improving Urban America and who are brave enough and smart enough to qualified to be on my team then I want those people to come to Chicago and work with me directly in getting my organization up and running. All I can do at this point is continue to promote my book in hopes of someone stepping forward to join my team and end these endless debates and begin solving our social issues once and for all. No black leader in America has the answer to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in Urban America other than me. We have a black President in the White House but cases like Trayvon Martin continues in America. We as black people forever hold annual summits in every major city about the problems facing our inner city youths, the failing public schools in the inner city, and black on black crime.

The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement will be a private for profit service base business. We will create a think tank that addresses and solve such issues as gun violence, poverty, structural inequality and personal responsibility from the principles I have written in my book. One of our objectives is to strengthen single black mothers, single black fathers, and low income two parent families that reside in the low income African American Communities. In addition, we will build awareness and promote a black agenda of traditional values, limited government, and to provide goods and services to the low income African American Community. We will create legitimate jobs through our entrepreneur programs which will help fight poverty within the black ghettos.

About Emmanuel Barbee

Emmanuel Barbee is the founder and president of (GRCAM) The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement. Emmanuel is a Christian Socialist. A Christian socialist is a form of socialism based on the teachings of Jesus. Many Christian socialists believe that capitalism is idolatrous and rooted in greed, social inequality, and institutionalized racism which most Christian denominations consider a mortal sin. He is also a social entrepreneur. A social entrepreneur are people who tries to solve social, cultural, and environmental issues. GOAL

To fight poverty through traditional values, limited government, and through our entrepreneur programs.

OBJECTIVE

Build public awareness and promote a black agenda, group economics, faith based, and personal responsibility in the low income African American Communities.

METHOD

Work in the media, in underserved communities to promote our entrepreneur programs, to protect unborn life, and to transition Black Americans from government dependency.

STRATEGY

Media: Provide weekly discussions and promote positive images in the black community. Outreach: Educate the public by providing cooperative alliances with other communities. Policy: Publish quality research studies and write on topics which impact poverty such as personal retirement and medical expenses, housing and school choice vouchers, family, and crime. This will be an opportunity for those on my friends list to speak with me directly via voice chat or video chat. Those who will participate please read at least ten of my blog entries to gain an idea about me, my book, and my organization. WHAT DO I WANT FROM MY READERS?

This is much more then about me selling a book. My book is as an interactive book for my readers and for those already in my groups. (Debunking Twisted Views About GRCAM)

One of my critics told me that they believe that I only wrote my book in order to get rich and famous. First of all I am not going to get rich by selling one book. Many authors write ten books or more before they make it big in the book industry. I wrote my book because I am not getting anywhere online. I am on 300 social networks and I correspond with 125,000 people worldwide. I post on my blogs/web journal everyday but still I am unable to get thirty people in my city or in my state to step forward and work with me in getting my organization up and running in Chicago. After constant rejections by established black organizations in my city and from the black churches in my former community I decided to create a virtual community/ online groups. I assist others who have accepted my hand of friendship with finding college scholarships/grants; nonprofit grants; small business grants; housing; legal services and employment on a national level all for free to those who keep the lines of communication open with me.

In 2010, after I shut down my nonprofit organization due to lack of getting rental space in my former community by black capitalist I decided to write and publish my story in order to share my vision with the public. My first book was unsuccessful because I believe that my book was sabotage deliberately. In 2012, I have revised my book and also I found a new publishing company that has allowed me to express my authentic voice in print. My book is an interactive book for my supporters worldwide to join my free online groups and network with one another and with me until we are established in Chicago and in 25 other cities in America.

I wrote my book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” Second Edition to first share my personal experience growing up in the inner city of Chicago. GRCAM will also offer an arts and entertainment for undiscovered artist in all fields. We will do performing arts during our fund raising events to raise money for our programs.

Why only 25 cities because of all the rejections I endured for two decades. My vision goes beyond Urban America my creator wants me to expand GRCAM abroad. We will provide agricultural technology, employment within the organization, and housing to countries in Africa, Brazil, and the Caribbean Islands to people that want and need our services. Believe me if I had the proceeds from my book sells and 30 people already in place then I would start GRCAM today. My organization is open to all law abiding citizens, Christians, Muslims, and Secular People as well as other racial groups.

In GRCAM we will change social policy if the community work with us as equal partners. One mind, one voice, and one accord. We will also deal head on with the Willie Lynch Mentality so that we can heal from the scars of slavery. I want to make sure that no person under my leadership will never have to experience what I endured just to start a business in the black community. Finally, I want to unite our working class, underclass, and middle class brothers and sisters, as well as concerned citizens to jump start the vision. We need our middle class brothers and sisters for they have the talent and skills to help make GRCAM effective and successful.

(GRCAM vs Hip Hop)

In my book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” Second Edition in chapter four I discuss the origins of Hip hop. Hip hop originated within a marginalized subculture in the South Bronx during the 1970s in New York City. It is characterized in four distinct elements, all of which represents different manifestations of the culture: Rap Music, Turn Tablism or DJing, Break Dancing, and graffiti art. Despite the differences, there is one thing they all share in common the poverty and violence underlying the historical context that birthed the culture. Hip hope was use as a way of providing a reactionary outlet from such urban hardship that "Hip Hop" initially functioned, a form of self-expression, trying to challenge the circumstances of such an environment. These foundational elements provide stability and coherence to the culture.

The term is frequently used mistakenly to refer in a confining fashion to the mere practice of rap music. Kool Herc is credited as the "father" of Hip hop. DJ Afrika Bambaataa of the hip hop collective Zulu Nation outlined the pillars of hip hop culture, to which he coined the terms: MCing, DJing, B-boying and graffiti writing. Since its evolution throughout the South Bronx, hip hop culture has spread to both urban and suburban communities throughout the world. Hip hop music first emerged with Kool Herc and contemporary disc jockeys and imitators creating rhythmic beats by looping breaks (small portions of songs emphasizing a percussive pattern) on two turntables. This was later accompanied by "rap", a rhythmic style of chanting or poetry often presented in 16-bar measures or time frames, and beatboxing, a vocal technique mainly used to provide percussive elements of music and various technical effects of hip hop DJs. An original form of dancing and particular styles of dress arose among fans of this new music. These elements experienced considerable adaptation and development over the course of the history of the culture.

I remember back in the day when Hip hop started out as a political forum against the power that be using democratic socialist themes through such groups as Public Enemy, KRS-One, and X-Clan. However, with the rise of Hip hop it begin to be incorporated into the mainstream with the start of gangsta sentiments which became dominant. Hip hop became associated with being violent, sexiest, and full of bling-bling. Rap video’s were displaying our black queens as misogynistic and many rappers made millions for calling our black women the B word and whores. Violence and murder were marketed as authentic blackness. The black community continues to support such rap artist making them rich and famous while our community continues to be devalued by society. In contrast, in 2000 I started a nonprofit but it never got off the ground. I was denied rental space in my former community by black capitalist who viewed my alternative school and onsite child daycare center as unprofitable due to the fact that they only saw me and no one else behind me. My so called advisory board at that time all lived in other states. I was unable to find one person in my former community or in my city willing to put in the work to get this thing started. After six long months of spending money out of my own pocket paying for a business title I decided to shut down my non-profit.

Fast forward, in 2010 I wrote and published my first book in hopes of getting my name out to the public and to go beyond cyberspace. Although my first book was published it was not edited I paid three thousand dollars in full for editing and publishing. I decided to find another publisher and a literary agent. I was bless to have one of my new advisory board members to assist me with my revised book. We went through the (LMP) Literary Market Place and the Writer’s Market. Not one publishing company would touch my manuscript so I selected Createspace. My focus is on selling my book and getting it on the best sellers list. I wrote my book in order to bypass closed minded and small minded individuals that I ran across in my former community and in my city to find others who think outside the box like me to connect with and start my organization the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement. The heart of my organization is Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos. GRCAM will be a private for profit service base business. It will have three main components: a social service component, a spiritual component, and a political component.

The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement is an umbrella term which will cover several components within the organization. I only want to talk with those who have read my book and agree with what I am trying to do in Urban America starting in Chicago. Before we bring in goods and services I want to make sure that I have at least 70% of the people in the community from the Westside of Chicago who want and need our services before we create jobs in the communities of Austin, Garfield Park, and North Lawndale. We would also expand on the Southside of Chicago to replicate our agenda to improve the community that we will serve. Our agenda is to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality within the communities and cities we will serve. Our focus will be to strengthening single black mothers, single black fathers, and low income two parent families, and provide goods and services to the low income African American Community. Through GRCAM we will start our own grocery stores; restaurants; and real estate companies. We will offer private employment within the organization to our clients and members pending on our budget and sponsorship. Those who are business minded we will teach them how to start a business and work with them until their business materialize. GRCAM will also offer an arts and entertainment for undiscovered artist in all fields. We will do performing arts during our fund raising events to raise money for our programs.

I want to make Chicago a model first before we expand to 25 other cities within 25 states. GRCAM is about giving ordinary citizens a chance to voice new ideas and keep people informed about what’s going on in the inner cities in America. Why only 25 cities because of all the rejections I endured for two decades. My vision goes beyond Urban America my creator wants me to expand GRCAM abroad. We will provide agricultural technology, employment within the organization, and housing to countries in Africa, Brazil, and the Caribbean Islands to people that want and need our services. Believe me if I had the proceeds from my book sells and 30 people already in place then I would start GRCAM today. My organization is open to all law abiding citizens, Christians, Muslims, and Secular People as well as other racial groups. Everyone must accept all of the principles in my book no exceptions. In GRCAM we will change social policy if the community work with us as equal partners. One mind, one voice, and one accord. (My Story Beyond Just Words: A Call To Action)

Great black authors like Alex Haley, (Roots) Bill Cosby, (Come on People: On the Path from victims to victors), The Autobiography of Malcolm X, and Richard Wright (Black Boy) just to name a few. All of these authors have written a pretty good picture about the black experience in America. However, there is no black author past or present have written in detail on how to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in Black America I have. No black leader no black politician in America has a plan to deal with this issue I do. “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” Second Edition. This is an auto-biography about my personal life experience growing up in the inner city of Chicago. In my book I provide a road map on how my organization will end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality within the communities and cities that my organization we will serve. This book is not just about me, It’s also about the future of Black America. Our focus will be to strengthen single black mothers, single black fathers, and low income two parent families, and provide goods and services to the low income African American Community.

I also wrote my book in order to generate capital/seed money, in order to offer incentives to thirty talented individuals within the state of Illinois or beyond who have read my book and agree with what I am trying to do in Urban America for them to come to Chicago and work with me directly in getting my organization up and running. The name of my organization is the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement, it will be a private for profit service base business. It will have three main components: a social service component, a spiritual component, and a political component. I want to make Chicago a model first before we expand to 25 other cities within 25 states in America. Once this organization is established in the United States I plan on expanding my organization abroad to Africa, Brazil, and the Caribbean Islands. Before we expand abroad we will deal head on with the Willie Lynch Mentality collectively we can heal from the scars of slavery. We will provide agricultural technology, employment within the organization, and housing to countries in Africa that want and need our services. The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement will be a new democracy.

Once I am able to gather my team I will move my virtual organization from behind a computer into the target communities I discuss in my book. I also wrote my book to gather all of my supporters from around the globe so that they can interact with me and one another in my online groups. On November 11th, 2013 at 5:00 PM to 11:55PM Central Time on Yahoo Messenger I will be holding a live online conference to answer any questions you may have about my book and my organization GRCAM. I have created a "Social Media Democracy" on Yahoo Messenger where everyone on my friends list from several social networks can join in to participate in this online event via voice chat or video chat. This is not just about me and my book, this is about the future of Black America.

Online conference/webinar is a seminar or other presentation that takes place on the Internet, allowing participants in different locations to see and hear the presenter, ask questions, and sometimes answer polls in a transparent way via Skype or Yahoo Messenger. People on social networks become involved in issues that concerns them. America has slipped into an exclusionary democracy. Only the wealthy and well connected run for public office. Voters have become disengaged and feel that their votes do not count for anything. This progressive platform will return power back to the people.

I am just one man with a plan I never claim that I can walk on water. Those of you on my friends list also have a responsibility to help spread my book information. My Vision For Urban America Is From My Creator
Twenty Two Years In The Making

There is no organization in America that has a plan to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in America let alone Black America. I have given up on established black organizations that only want to be seen in the media but the statistics speaks for itself. Our black leaders has failed us and if we do not work together to solve our social problems within our racial group/ our community then we will fail our greatest asset our children. I am not seeking any donations until I have a place of business. All I want is for those of you who want to see a real change and a detail plan on how we can reclaim, rebuild, and restore our community at the local level then purchase my book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America” Second Edition.

This is an auto -biography about my experience growing up in the inner city of Chicago. In my book I provide a road map on how my organization will end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality within the communities and cities that we will serve. Unlike other organizations that do a partial job of addressing the issues we will focus on the entire black family from infants to senior citizens and change the negative environment in which our clients live. Our focus is on strengthen the black family and providing goods and services to the low income African American communities. Once we're established in Chicago I plan to expand to 25 other cities within 25 states. I also plan on turning my book into a movie in order to gain cash flow from my book sells and the movie in order to do all the things I discuss in my book. Those who agree with my vision for Black America I only want to speak with them. GRCAM will be a full-fledged intellectual organization aimed against ignorance in the black community. I wrote my book to spread my vision beyond cyberspace in hopes of reaching reasonable brothers, sisters, and others who will work within my organization in eliminating racial disparities in healthcare, housing, education, and economic parity, so that we can create a society which will provide opportunity for all. African Americans are working hard to live courageous and fulfilled lives in communities that are under-funded, neglected, and some often forgotten. I want to make Chicago a model first before we expand to 25 other cities in America. Book Drama

Dear friends and associates The enemy is fighting tooth and nail against my book from getting published. I had high hopes that my book was going to be published with Author House but to my dismay I was wrong. The reason why I selected Author House to be my publisher in the first place was because I seen an ad on mention how fast and affordable Author House was suppose to be and one of my closes friends encourage me to do business with them. I wanted to publish my audio-biography as a way to give back to my community "The Hood" and improve the lives of those who are trapped in the ghettos due to lack of financial support. In addition, I thought that this would be a great opportunity for me to advertise my nonprofit organization too. My organizational strategy was to engage my readers to contact me through e-mail and I would speak with them directly. Those that accept the principles out lined in the book, that want to do direct business with me I would invite others from across the country to come meet me in person and for us to come up with how we are going to get my organization up and running in Chicago first then in every ghetto in America. I paid Author House over two thousand dollars to do a professional job in editing my manuscript and creating a good book cover for my book. They did edit my book, but they they claimed that they found "hard returns" in my manuscript. This is their excuse for not going forward with the production. It's their job to correct those hard returns and I am not about to pay them another thousand. They have not return any of my calls nor my e-mails I have my lawyers on stand by and I will be letting them know by e-mail that I don't want their services any longer. I will be using Xlibris which will give me less royalty but I will be able to express my true feelings about my experience. I found a Christian publishing company named Xulon Press and I would have more royalty but the catch is that I would not be able to be authentic. Black publishing companies don't want to touch it because they don't want to go out of business for promoting my vision. I need to express my true feelings how I feel about American Capitalism and how it perpetuate poverty. My higher power has given me the answer on how to solve gun violence in America, how to end structural inequalities in America, and how to end poverty in America. Those who accept my message I will in turn provide employment, community resources, and work with your immediate family members. Our primary focus is on assist single Black mothers, by providing them with the necessary resources to allow them to reach their life goals while at the same time help keep their children out of gangs and away from drugs. We will also assist Black Men with employment and offer a variety of services which are mentioned in the book. Those who don't like to read in time my book will become a movie and be just as great as Roots. All I need is a good publisher I hope and pray that Xlibris don't disappoint me. I have a story that needs to be told and I have the solution that will end crime, poverty, and unemployment in the hood. This is my gift to those who receive my message. I have bend over backwards to get more people to interact with me directly. I mentioned the online conferences only a hand full have participated. This is why I am trying to get my book published so that you all can see that I am serious then cancer about my calling. I am not trying to impose my spiritual values on anyone that's why I have separate groups. Remember I am willing to share my information in finding grants for small businesses or scholarships for college. I've been helping people find college scholarships back when I was in high school. I also assist people with finding housing, employment, all free of charge.
