What Is The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement?

The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement is an underground movement started back in nineteen ninety one by Emmanuel Barbee. He is the Founder and President of The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement. He is an innovative professional with visionary Entrepreneur skills in Social Media and Advertising. "This is what I bring to the table excellent interpersonal skills and innovation, I am an effective leader who has envisioned cross functional teams for multiple urban communities as well as develop business plans and marketing strategies, I truly enjoy being able to get my hands dirty when the need arises and continually learning new skills and acquiring experiences at every opportunity. The goal of GRCAM is to raise awareness about African Americans that are trapped in American ghettos. My ultimate goal is to help stop the genocide in American ghettos"

He consider himself as a Christian Socialist which is a person that believe in Jesus Christ and show love and concern for others. The socialist aspect focus on the distribution of goods owned collectively and that political power should be exercised by the whole community. And also that moral obligation of humankind is the improvement of human welfare.

This organization is based on Emmanuel Barbee new book "The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, and Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America." He also claim to have the answer to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in America by his creator. He has been a community activist for years; He is a native from Chicago Illinois. Despite his constant threats from criminals within his former community, Emmanuel Barbee has been on the front line trying to unify his community on the Westside of Chicago. Emmanuel Barbee has had this vision 19 years ago but no one in his community wanted to do a partnership with him. After being robbed several times and having been beaten by thugs his decided to relocate from his community but found a voice online to start up his cause.

Emmanuel has been writing about his vision online and created several online groups. He finally took his vision to the next level by writing his book "The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, and Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America." He has shown resilience from being illegally taken away from his home and being force to become award of the state foster care system (Department OF Children and Family Services) "DCFS." His many trials and tribulations have made him the man he is today. Despite his dyslexia he graduated from Crane High School and also from Northeastern Illinois University with a Bachelor's Degree in liberal arts.

Mr.Emmanuel Barbee is trying to start up his new business on the Westside of Chicago either in Austin or Garfield Park. The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute will function as an alternative school. They will offer four basic classes that will focus on students natural talents. An acting class, journalism, oil painting, and music workshop. He will also offer an onsite child daycare. In time he hopes to expand his business to the Southside of Chicago and eventually in every ghetto in America. His organization has three main components: social service, spiritual, and political.

For example, the social service component would consist of the single family services which would assist single black mothers and single black fathers who reside in the ghettos with job training, education, and violence prevention. He wrote his book in hopes of recruiting reasonable brothers, sisters, and others to assist him in turning his vision into reality. He will also launch a new political party on the local level “Democratic Socialist party” which would focus on local issues in the African American Community. Emmanuel Barbee's organization will fulfill Dr. King's dream of ending poverty and structural inequality in America.

This organization was formed to create specialized services within the African American Community. Our focus is on assisting low income single black mothers and single black fathers that reside in the inner city ghettos of Chicago. We will bring economic empowerment to the community we serve. We will also to create strong partnerships that include retailers and local residents. The primary goal of these partnerships is to create a place where the integrity creates a lasting foundation for success and changes the economic destiny of people lives. The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute is an ambitious and extraordinary endeavor that represents:

* Strong revitalization of the community for residents, and the surrounding communities.

* Provide an alternative school for at- risk youths and allow them to become competitive in the job market.

* To make the urban ghettos become prosperous by creating jobs in da hood and teach our clients on how to become self-sufficient while at the same time reducing dependancy on government.

In his book "The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, and Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America." He describe his experience growing up in the inner city ghettos of Chicago. He discuss the current conditions facing the Black Community today and offer a new perspective in improving the lives of those trapped in American ghettos. He explain how capitalism has divided the black race by class such as the middle-class, the working class, and the under class. He explain how the American Dream of a secure, comfortable standard of living is becoming obsolete. No longer is making good grades and landing a secured job is the norm. The United States is in danger of losing it's competiveness thanks in part to the elitist that run our country political decisions.

For example: Our industrial base is vanishing, taking with it the kind of jobs that have formed the backbone of our economy for more than a century; our education system is in shambles, making it harder for tomorrow’s workforce to acquire the information and training it needs to land good twenty-first-century jobs; our infrastructure—roads, bridges, water, and electrical systems is crumbling; our economic system has been reduced to recurring episodes of Corporations on Wall Street; our political system is broken, all because of a small financial elite group using greed and power of the checkbook to control both parties. And America’s middle class, the driver of so much of our economic success and political stability, is rapidly disappearing, forcing us to confront the fear that we are slipping as a nation that our children and grandchildren will enjoy fewer opportunities.

In The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, and Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America, I cite a number of alarming facts and figures that suggest Black America and America in general is on the decline. For example: 26 million Americans unemployed or underemployed homes were repossessed by banks in the first quarter of 2009, 1.51 million people filed for personal bankruptcy during the ending of 2009.

Forty years ago, top executives at S&P companies made an average of 30 times what their workers did; today they make 300 times what their workers make The percentage of all income taken home by the wealthiest 10 percent in 2007: 49.7 the highest share recorded since 1917 The percentage of financial wealth that, by 2007, was owned by the top 20 percent of Americans: 93 The unemployment rate, by the end of 2009, for the bottom 10 percent of income earners: 31 (versus just 3 percent for those in the top 10 percent, earning $150,000 per year or more)

The percentage by which the poverty rate grew in the suburbs of the largest metro areas in the United States between 2000 and 2008: 25 making the suburbs home to the country's biggest and most rapidly expanding segment of the poor. The financial industry's share of domestic corporate profits just before the financial crisis hit: 41 percent (versus 21-30 percent in the 1990s and no more than 16 percent from 1973 to 1985) Percentage of workers who have borrowed against their 401(k) plans, according to Fidelity Investments: 22 The percentage of Americans who have less than $10K saved for retirement: 43

I have provided a road map to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in America. Emmanuel Barbee call upon reasonable brothers, sisters, and others nationwide to join his organization "The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement" which will continue where the Civil Right's Movement ended "The Poor People's March" We will address and solve all the social issues facing the urban poor and provide concrete solution to the social problems in Black America as well as America in general.

Emmanuel Barbee claims to be a walking library, he is gifted in the area of research and he says he can find anything in print. His area of Specialties are that of Substance Abuse Counselor; Emergency Room Technician; and Renal Dialysis Technologist. In addition my specialty includes Sociology; New Business Development; Social Media Marketing; Guerrilla Marketing; Conflict Resolution/Negotiation; Competitive Analysis and research; Trend Spotting; Budget Management; Recruiting;Interviewing; Training. In addition, he also assist others who have accepted his hand of friendship with finding college scholarships/grants,small business grants; housing;legal services and employment on a national level all for free. He also provides the reader with direct contact with him by given his reader his email and access to his web journal. Emmanuel Barbee is on 300 different online social networks and he interact with 125,000 people from around the globe. He explains that he wants to make his city "Chicago" a model and in time expand to every major city in America and eventually aboard to places like Africa and the Caribbean Islands.

He also have several online groups one for his Christian friends and also for his Non-Christian friends. He encourage his members to interact with each other as well as with him. His goal for creating several online groups to eventually unite all his friends from around the country once he has a place of busines. He explains to his friends and associates that he will work with them and their immediate family for life as long as they keep the lines of communication open with him.

"The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement" aim is twofold. One is to recruit prospective professional readers and the other is to seek Single Black Mother's and Single Black Father's who reside in the ghetto that might want to use his services. His organization will provide resources to help low income families with their children from birth until they complete High School. His organization will also assist young Black Men to avoid the streets and be productive citizens. If the black community support him and accept the principles behind his movement then Emmanuel will move his organization from behind a computer into every ghetto in America. He will provide employment, community resources, and online support groups.

The benefits of joining The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement is that you will become part of history just like The Civil Right's Movement and If someone is doing a start up business Emmanuel will share his resources with them and encourage his cyber friends/supporters to check out their business. Plus you will have direct access to Emmanuel Barbee if you exchange emails and phone numbers with him.

Phase I

Emmanuel Barbee first task is to find 30 people in the United States to come to Chicago and join his board of directors. He require that all his board members need is a two year degree or above as an accountant; lawyer; marketing; social worker; banker; business administration; financial planner; real estate broker; insurance agent; human resource consultant; grant writer; business consultant. This is for anyone in America that's on my friends list. In order to turn his vision into a reality. In contrast, He will also create an advisory board for people with some college experience or others with no degrees to have a voice in his organization.

Phase II

Once He gets his organization established in his former neighborhood he will operate the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement into several components. One function would be an alternative school, another function would be a spiritual component consist of a Christian camp and another would consist of a Islamic camp for members personal development. And yet another would be an employment training component for those that are members of GRCAM. The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement would hire members first from within the community.

Emmanuel also plan on having a second chance program for ex-felons to give them a chance to reenter the job market as well as providing at-risk youths with employment provided if we are adequately funded. He will also serve single black mothers and single black fathers with their children he explains in depth in my book. Finally, this organization will teach his clients about the importance of voting and about Democratic Socialism. He explain in his book that before native Africans were brought to the United States native Africans practice a form of socialism called Egalitarianism. That would be one of our focus to reconnect back to our roots as black people.

What makes this organization different from past black organizations is that each person in the Chicagoland area would have to be interviewed by Emmanuel and each person would have to sign a consent form stating that they agree with all the principles he have laid out in his book and for each person to take personal accountability and responsibility for their actions as well as be added to his organization's database. Some of GRCAM programs will be available to the public based on funding his nonprofit division. The for profit the organization will charge a small fee for services.

Emmanuel only want to work with reasonable brothers, sisters, and others in his cause and he is only responsible for those under his leadership and for those who accept the principles behind this movement. Emmanuel has always worked behind the scenes rather than trying to prove to others just how good a person he is but instead he has shown genuine concern for his people that are suffering in poverty and that are trapped in American ghettos due to a bias system that causes classism and racism.

Emmanuel can't wait for black organizations in Chicago to partner with his cause. He can't wait on career politicians to decide rather to fund his program. This is why he has dismantled his nonprofit for now and switch to for profit. If interested in working directly with Emmanuel Barbee's organization he suggest that everyone should first read his book and if they agreement with his vision and accept all the principles he have laid out in the book. He has provided his email in the book front pages of the book. He recommend that you email him your name and provide a contact number for him to reach you.

If interested in investing in his cause he recommend that you read his story first and if you agree with his vision and all of the principles in the book than email him your name and a contact number for him to reach you. This organization is a way for Emmanuel Barbee to give back to his community and to his people. Will Black America stand with him in fulfilling Dr. King's dream to end poverty and structural inequality? Will Black America help Emmanuel unify the hood on a national level? Will Black America finally standing up against the power that be "Capitalism" which after all got it's wealth from African slaves way before the Industrial Revolution began?

All racial groups are welcome to join his organization just as long as they accept the principles behind his organization no exceptions. His organization is for reasonable brothers, sisters, and others. They pick up where The Civil Rights Movement left off which was “The Poor People's March” His organization is open to Christians, Muslims, and Secular people. No Criminals, No Active Gang Members, and No Half Steppers allowed.

Mr. Emmanuel Barbee Initiative - Hood United

I am seeking the best and the brightest people in the United States to join my board of directors. Everyone must accept all of the principles I outline the my book and also sign a consent form in order to join this organization. My organization is only 4 those who are serious about ending gun violence; poverty; structural inequality once & for all. If you're not interested no love lost will can remain strangers.

We have witness that masses of people around the world are discovering their power to change the world. From the middle East, mass mobilizations have ousted long standing dictators and thousands here in the United States have rallied to draw the line against union busting. The class struggle revolution in the 21st century has begin. I've shared my vision with black organizations in Chicago and ask them for a partnership they all declined and instead just offered me lip service. My creator has given me the answer on how to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality once and for all. No one else can make such statement and back their claim I can. I am seeking others who think outside of the box like me who want to build an alternative from capitalism, corporate greed; racism classism; sexism; structural inequality; oppression; war; taxes.

I have such a system it's called The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement which was given to me by my creator. The purpose of GRCAM is to empower Black America and make Black America a prosperous and empower our race as a whole so that we can become self-sufficient and competitive as a group. We will start our own political party the Democratic Socialist Party to rid ourselves from our past oppressors capitalism. We are sick and tired of being sick and tired. Da hood gets played by everyone from gov. officials, to community organizations, places of worship, and banks. GRCAM mission is to bring residents & others together 2 get things done for the betterment of our neighborhood. We will focused on empowering the community & the people who been taken advantage of.

It's just a matter of time Black America will see the light and join my organization the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement to free it self from American capitalism the true unequalizer. In my book I provide a road map on how to make this happen in the U.S. I'm always on top of my political game. President Obama is taking a very big risk in getting involved in Libya civil war. I think it's a set up for him to lose in 2012.

I'm asking all of my Christian friends & my Muslim friends to read my story if you agree with my vision than help me run this thing by making your self known. In contrast, I'm asking all of my secular friends to read my story if you agree with all the principles than make your self known. I'm not trying to start a new religion but rather a new political party that everyone can benefit from. Christian Socialist on the scene. Please read my book "The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America" Join my organization The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement today.

Myspace, Facebook, Tagged etc... I'm trying as hard as I can to encourage others across cyberspace to join my cause. I wrote my story in order to move beyond cyberspace to recruit others from across America and overseas that want to be part of my administrative team to come to Chicago and work with me and my attorney to start the process of getting my organization up and running. I provide most of the sites below not to brag how popular I am online but instead how committed I am about trying to create legitimate employment in the hood, working directly with the poor that are trapped in American ghettos, and trying to start a new political party in Black America. It's not my fault if people don't join my cause they have free will. Once my organization is up and running in every major city we will end taxation. We will change the outcome of black men going to prison. We will end gun violence in America; structural inequality in America; and poverty once and for all. I can't lead this movement without others working with me at management level. There is nothing more I can do to get others to work with me accept keep on spreading my message and praying that The Lord would allow me to interact with others that understand my vision for Black America and America in general.

I call upon all my Christian friends & associates I am still waiting on you all to join my organization after all it was the black churches that started the Civil Rights Movement. We want to change the negative statistics portrayed in the African American community by the media and instead focus on the positive strengths and fixing those weakness that continues to harm the community as a whole. The company will consist of a traditional social service agency combined with a vocational school. This organization will also consist of various components ranging from a social, spiritual, and political component. This is a private organization each individual must accept the principles behind this organization and sign a consent form before they can become members. Our Last Struggle To Win Equality For All Americans

Dear cyber friends & associates

I am proud to announce that my business structure has been approved by the state of Illinois. My business advisors from The Small Business Development Center and SCORE "Service Corps of Retired Executives" are working closely with me to find angel investors, venture capitalist, and silent partners. I am focusing on locating a place of business in my former community where
criminals chase me away 19 years ago. My higher power told me to go back and he will make all of my enemies my foot stool. I do this not to make a name for myself I do this because I love my people and my country. All those under my leadership will have access to me and I will talk with them on an individual basis. It's more then just business it's a life style. I am here to network and build healthy long term friendships to those who accept my hand of friendship.

The last struggle is for us to first learn how to work among our own kind first just like the immigrants that come to these shores. The Civil Rights Movement has done a great deal but I plan on dealing with capitalism ahead on. I have laid out my plan in detail in my book and I know it's a win win for everyone. I have no room for Passive spectators.

What I am trying to attempt has never been done in the black community. In order to understand my vision you have to remove your capitalist hat and allow me to educate you about Democratic Socialism on the local level. People will take me serious once I have a place of business.
Some say that black people just don't care about other blacks who live in the ghetto. I say well should we just sit back and watch on TV all of the innocent men, women, and children being slaughtered by senseless violence? People are afraid to get involved with this issue. I know how to put criminals on notice. I have a plan that will end gun violence, structural inequality, and poverty once and for all. All I need is a chance and for you to work with me. In order to understand my vision you have to remove your capitalist hat and allow me to educate you about Democratic Socialism.

In the debate about income inequality in America, many stories miss an important point: rising disparities are not just about investment bankers versus autoworkers. They're about entire communities of "winners" and "losers" As I mentioned in my book "The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, and Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America."

Lets start with Growing Gaps: Compared to 1980, the communities that have been hit the hardest are the low income black community "The Black Ghetto" and the hispanic community. According to census statistics They saw their median family income fall from $42,795 in 1980 to $38,941 in 2010 - a decline of $3,854. In large part, that's likely due to the influx of immigrants with lower educational and skill levels into these communities, primarily located in the Southwest. There was also a big drop in the small-town Service Worker Center counties, where the median family incomes fell by about $2,500 between 1980 and 2010. In those places, the story is mostly about the loss of small manufacturing. Those counties, many of which are fairly remote, survive because people in surrounding areas visit to do business. Without an influx of dollars from something else, like small manufacturing or tourism, times can be tight.

The Boom Towns, which grew dramatically at the beginning of the last decade, saw median family incomes rise by about $2,000. The big-city Industrial Metros bumped up by about $2,300. And the wealthy, suburban Monied Burbs saw their median family incomes climb by more than $3,700.
One way to think of the changes is this: The highest median family income in 1980 was the Monied Burbs at $55,688, while the poorest was Minority Central at $36,869 - a difference of $18,819. In 2010, the numbers were $59,404 for the Monied Burbs and $36,130 for Minority Central - a difference of $23,274.

In other words, the already-wide income gap between the wealthiest county and the poorest grew by more than $4,400 in the last 30 years in inflation-adjusted dollars. There are a few provisos that come with looking at the numbers this way, of course. Some places, particularly the Industrial Metropolis counties, have massive disparities within them. American big cities are full of examples of extreme wealth just blocks away examples of extreme poverty.

And remember 2010 was not exactly a banner year for the American economy. It was the depths of recession. These numbers may bounce back some in the years to come. But many economists believe what was lost in the recession may be gone for quite some time - that the "Great Recession" was structural in nature and Americans have to prepare for a new world that may look more like it.

So What Now?

One reaction to all these numbers may be, oh well! The numbers here reflect what happens when an economy changes and global competition rocks an economic boat that used to be steady. Maybe but particularly in the U.S., these numbers have real significance - and not just from the standpoint of equality and fairness. The U.S. economy, ultimately, is built on the fact that Americans spend money. About two-thirds of the economy is consumer spending. And these numbers raise a few questions. First, increasingly the weight of the economy is being placed on a few types of places for the most part, places that are better educated and wealthier. The buying power of other communities is not only struggling to keep up, it is falling behind. Is that best for a consumer economy? And secondly, what happens if the American socio-economic system, essentially, functions on two tracks? Will the people living places on the lower tracks stand for that and for how long?
