(Help Stop The Genocide In America Ghettos)

According to The American Heritage College Dictionary genocide means the systematic and planned extermination of an entire national, racial, political, or ethnic group.  According to The American Heritage College Dictionary ghetto means a section of a city occupied by a minority group who live there because of  social, economic, or legal pressure. It also means to set apart in or as if in a ghetto; isolate. Yes there are many of people talking about the same topic that I do. Yes there are already organizations in place doing what I am trying to do. But what set me apart from those who are already up and running is that I have the answer to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in America. In order to stop the genocide in American ghettos

you need to read my story and if you agree with my vision then interact with me directly. This is the main reason why I wrote my story “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos in America.” What makes me different from other black leaders is that I the answer to solve gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in America once and for all if given a chance. I claim no credit for the ideas in my book it was given to me from my creator.  I have been pushing my vision for twenty years and I tried to get other black organizations in Chicago to work with me in getting my organization (The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement) established but they refuse.  I tried to get the black church on board and was willing to share the credit but still no real support so I decided to share my vision with the word by publishing my story.

You may ask why do I continue to talk about the same issues on my blogs. Every Sunday preaches talk about the same stories in the Bible. Radio stations continue to play the latest songs, and Television continue to promote the same professional sport teams. The Civil Rights Act of 1964  banned discrimination based on "race, color, religion, or national origin" in employment practices and public accommodations; the Voting Rights Act of 1965, that restored and protected voting rights; the Immigration and Nationality Services Act of 1965, that dramatically opened entry to the U.S. to immigrants other than traditional European groups; and the Fair Housing Act of 1968, that banned discrimination in the sale or rental of housing. A Pastor told me that if I started my organization in the hood that criminals and gangs might burn down my organization or try to extort money from my organization. I told her that I was a former ghetto resident and that the media portray the hood/ the black ghetto in a negative light.  My organization is aimed at delivering goods and services to those who want our services. Those people who are trapped in American ghettos are our people like it or not. Those families deserve to raise their children with dignity and in peace.

What is it about my story that is causing established black organizations to distance themselves from me? What is causing many literary agents to reject my revised book? Is it because GRCAM will start the second reconstruction era in Black America? Or is it that my story will challenge capitalism? Why GRCAM is the solution for Black America? Imagine what our community nationwide would look like if GRCAM became a reality. Poverty and structural inequality would end because everyone would have equal access to resources. Gun violence will cease because of our political party (the democratic socialist party) which will send a strong signal to urban terrorist, rogue cops, or anyone found guilty in the court of law of a gun crime that resulted in the death of another person, the perpetrator will be strip of their U.S. citizenship and be deported to the North Pole. We will provide them with shelter over there and three months of food that’s it. We will make excepts in the law as it pertains to someone protecting their home from a home invasion. Career criminals and the financial elites will be out of business because the middle class, the working class and the underclass will finally understand the benefits of democratic socialism once and for all. We will fulfill Dr. Kings dream to end poverty and structural inequality in America. GRCAM will create innovative strategies and provide the ground work to reach new generations about Christian socialism. GRCAM is open to all Christians, Muslims, and Secular people. GRCAM is also open to other racial groups. However, everyone must accept the vision and all of the principles in my book. I will only hire my future clients and members this is a private organization. One mind one voice.

Summary of my book:

The book I propose, is an auto-biography about my personal experience growing up in the inner city of Chicago. Experience is the best teacher and I am the best qualified person to write this book as it pertains to my own experience. I wrote “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America.” To first raise awareness about the senseless violence taken place in Chicago ghettos. I also wrote this book to promote my organization. “The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement” It has three main components: a social service component, a spiritual component, and a political component. The platform of my book is based on my vision in which my creator has given me on how to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in Urban America and in America in general. Finally, I wrote this book to generate revenue/ seed money in order to provide an incentive to attract others to join my board of directors/my advisory board. We will focus on the major projects I discuss in chapter eleven such as starting the child daycare business as well as starting an alternative school on both the Westside and Southside of Chicago. Once GRCAM is established in Chicago I plan to expand GRCAM in every city and every ghetto in America. In time I plan on expanding GRCAM on the African continent, as well as in Brazil and the Caribbean Islands. Although I paid $3,000 to have my book edited and publish they only published my book. I believe that this was done intentionally because someone in their publishing company did not want to give a black man credit for solving these social issues. I unable to sue because all of my funds are going towards starting my child daycare business and my alternative school. I am asking all of my true supporters to purchase my book anyway flaws and all. Make the corrections yourself if you like.

I am asking all of my supporters who are authors, journalist, radio talk show host, and those with experience in the media to assist me with finding a respectable literary agent or a good black publishing company who will see the value of my work which will improve our society and humanity. GRCAM Is Ready To Lead Black America

Help put my book “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos in America” on the best seller’s list  by purchasing my book and reading the entire book.

(20 Years Later: My Vision Still Remain Intact)

It is evident that GRCAM is needed in our community. All I can do at this point is to continue to push my vision out to the public in order to reach reasonable brothers, sisters, and others to join my board of directors and my advisory board so that we can begin working on turning my vision into reality for our people that’s trapped in American ghettos. One city one state at a time. If I returned back to my former community today all I have to show forth is that I written a book. Nobody can eat a book. It’s my goal to provide legitimate jobs to our young and older people so that they don’t become career criminals.  Another goal of mind is to unify middle class, working class, and our under class brothers and sisters to work with me in this organization so that it can be effective for years to come. GRCAM will bring equal justice to all Americans. As long as we as black people continue to follow the same steps of misguided leaders who have a hidden agent our cause will always be in the hands of those who are indifferent of our interest. We were divided during enslavement house negro and field negro. Today we are divided by social class middle class, working class, under class. I am reaching out to my middle class brothers and sisters, my working class brothers and sisters, and my under class brothers and sisters. Yes we all are entitled to our own opinion but if that's not working why not give a new perspective on social issues a chance?

Dear Cyber  friends  and  associates

What more can I do to get you all on board with me?  I created free online groups so that all of my supporters from around the global can interact with me and with one another. I assist others who have accepted my hand of friendship with finding college scholarships - grants, small business grants; housing; legal services and employment on a national level all for free. Out of 125,000 people that I correspond with I currently have three people on my advisory board this is not accepted. I am seeking thirty people in the United States who agree with my vision and all of the principles in my book to join my board of directors/ management team by sending me their names and contact number to my facebook page or my g-mail. The requirements for being on my board of directors/ management team are those with degrees in accountant; business administrators; marketing; social work; law; finance; real estate brokers; insurance agents; human resource consultant; business consultant; grant writers; journalism. They must be able to negotiate contracts, meet deadlines, and implement multiple projects simultaneously. In contrast, I am seeking ten creative individuals without degrees to be on my advisory board. They must have strong interpersonal skills, do fund raising and other tasks as needed. I want everyone in my organization to have a real voice in GRCAM. Everyone will be placed in our database and everyone must sign a consent form. If anyone deliberately tries to sabotage this organization that person or persons name and photo ID will be placed on our Judas list and that person or persons will be barred for life and we may take legal action against such persons. GRCAM is only for law abiding people of all racial groups. GRCAM will not impose religion on others people have a choice. This organization was given to me to share with others who want to live in a better world it is possible. Not everyone will accept GRCAM and that’s their choice and I have a choice to deny them our services. GRCAM is about improving man made conditions on the less fortunate in our society. My objective is to personally see that everyone under my leadership reach their personal life goals.

The revenue from my book sells will help me offer incentives to attract talented people I need on my board of directors/ management team. I don’t operate like the next man I have my own style. If given a chance my organization will end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality only if the community we tend to serve will accept my vision and all of the principles in my book. We will only assist those who want our services. The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement is a democratic socialist organization. I am here to talk with you man to man, man to woman about my book, my cause, and my organization. Some people take me for joke and think I am trying to save the world not so. (The Answer Is GRCAM But Without Black Support My Vision Is Meaningless)

GRCAM is just a vision by one man (Emmanuel Barbee) from the black ghetto. I tried for twenty years to get black organizations in Chicago to help turn my vision into a reality. The book I propose, is an auto-biography about my personal experience growing up in the inner city of Chicago. Experience is the best teacher and I am the best qualified person to write this book as it pertains to my own experience. I wrote “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America.” To first raise awareness about the senseless violence taken place in Chicago ghettos. I also wrote this book to promote my organization. “The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement” It has three main components: a social service component, a spiritual component, and a political component. The platform of my book is based on my vision in which my creator has given me on how to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in Urban America and in America in general. Finally, I wrote this book to generate revenue to start working on the major projects I discuss in chapter eleven such as starting the child daycare business as well as starting an alternative school on both the Westside and Southside of Chicago.

The revenue from my book sells will help me offer incentives to attract talented people I need on my board of directors/ management team. I don’t operate like the next man I have my own style. If given a chance my organization will end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality only if the community we tend to serve will accept all of the principles in my book. We will only assist those who want our services. The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement is a democratic socialist organization. I am here to talk with you man to man, man to woman about my book, my cause, and my organization. Some people take me for joke and think I am trying to save the world not so. I am only interested in working with communities and families that want and will utilize our services. What is it about my story that is causing many literary agents to reject my book proposal? Is it because GRCAM will start the second reconstruction era in America? Why GRCAM is the solution for Black America? Imagine what our community nationwide would look like if GRCAM became a reality. Poverty and structural inequality would end because everyone would have equal access to resources. Gun violence will cease because of our political party (the democratic socialist party) which will send a strong signal to urban terrorist, rogue cops, or anyone found guilty in the court of law of a gun crime that resulted in the death of another person, the perpetrator will be strip of their U.S. citizenship and be deported to the North Pole. We will provide them with three months of food and that’s it. We will make excepts in the law as it pertains to someone protecting their home from a home invasion. Career criminals and the financial elites will be out of business because the middle class, the working class and the underclass will finally understand the benefits of democratic socialism once and for all. We will fulfill Dr. Kings dream to end poverty and structural inequality in America. GRCAM will create innovative strategies and provide the ground work to reach new generations about Christian socialism. GRCAM is open to all Christians, Muslims, and Secular people. Dear Native African friends & associates

This is your friend Emmanuel Barbee from the United States of America.  I am a new urban author and a social entrepreneur.  I would like to expand my organization (GRCAM) on the African continent.  I wrote my book "The Solution For Black America:  Reclaiming, Rebuilding, and Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America." In order to raise awareness about our forgotten people that reside in American ghettos. This book is an auto-biography about my experience growing up in the inner city of Chicago ghettos.  I also wrote this book to promote my new organization the Grass Roots Community Activist Movement. It has three main components: a social service component, a spiritual component, and  a political component. We will fulfill Dr. King's dream of ending poverty and structural inequality in America. My creator has given me the answer on how to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in America. Once I am more established in America I plan on expanding my organization to your country as well as in Brazil and the Caribbean Islands.  

We all face similar problems that you face in your country. The rise of gas prices, food prices, and the high cost of medical care all because of global capitalism which was imposed on us by Europeans.  I’ve been pushing my vision for 20 years and still I lack support from black organizations in Chicago and from the black church because they receive funding from the financial elites in the form of  501 (c)(3) tax exemption. They view me as a potential competitor and want nothing to do with me. This is why I decided to take my story public and will continue to speak out against black capitalist, the financial elites, and urban terrorist.  At the moment I only have three people on my board of directors out of 3,000 plus people who claim my friendship on facebook. This is unacceptable and  this is why I wrote my story to recruit the best and brightest people in the United States (30 to be exact) who agree with my vision and all of the principles in my book to come to Chicago and join my board of directors/ management team; and help me turn my vision into a reality. I also wrote this story in order to generate revenue/seed money so that I can offer an incentive to those who may consider joining my board of directors/ management team so that we can begin working on the major projects I discuss in chapter eleven.

We are still under capitalism and therefore I have to pay my employees, rent, and utilities. Finally, I wrote this book to bypass closed minded individuals I encounter in my city and those on cyberspace to reach others who think outside the box like and really want to make a real difference in the lives of our people that are trapped in American ghettos. I only want those who want to be part of the solution and those under my leadership I will work with them and their immediate family for life as long as they keep the lines of communication open with me and remain a client/member of GRCAM. I  want people who understand my vision and are willing to work with me instead of sitting back and finding fault with my approach.

The goal of my organization is first to stabilize the community by creating our own political party (the democratic socialist party) at the local level and create legitimate jobs in the hood so that our clients can raise their family with dignity and  in a safe environment. We  will work directly with single black mothers, single black fathers, and two parent low income families by providing them with the resources such as job training, child daycare, and a second chance program for ex offenders. GRCAM spiritual component will focus on bring understand to both Christians and Muslims and respecting each other beliefs while focusing on a common enemy capitalism. My organization will end gun violence, poverty and structural inequality in America if given a chance. The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute will be our alternative school. We will offer four classes an acting class, journalism, oil painting, and a music workshop. In addition,  We will offer onsite child daycare.

When I watched the documentary called "The End Of Poverty" as well as other books I read from my black studies course from back in the day of my college years I learned that In Africa the land is not controlled by native Africans but by outsiders who continue to profiteer In South Africa about 80% of the land is owned by a small minority group which is not originally from African. The majority of South African are without land ,and that makes it difficult for the Africans in South Africa to even produce their own food, which makes them depend on foreigners. True liberation will not happen if we are unable to own our own land. If you don’t control your own land then you are powerless and you have no freedom.

In 1994, South Africa ended apartheid not freedom, we cannot say they are free if the land of our forefathers is still in the hands of our oppressors. Most of our black people are landless and homeless while our oppressors are occupying our land. Those who are in government are just stewards for those who are controlling the land. Our dress code, food, language, education, are base on European standards. Our black leaders are actors on behalf of Europeans/ financial elites. Africa is very rich, but her children are very poor as she does not control her wealth. GRCAM is a democratic socialist organization based on traditional African egalitarian society. Neo-Colonialism and Neo-Imperialism is alive and well in Africa today. What is it about my story that is causing many literary agents to reject my book proposal? Or is it that my story will challenge capitalism head on and those with the power to print my story would rather over look my message?

 Although I paid $3,000 to have my book edited and publish they only published my book. I believe that this was done intentionally because they did not want to give a black man credit for solving these social issues. I unable to sue because all of my funds are going towards starting my child daycare business and my alternative school. I am asking all of my true supporters to purchase my book anyway flaws and all. Make the corrections yourself if you like. The bottom line I am in the process of finding literary agent by sending out several query letters a day to literary agents from around the country in order to find one who would connect me with a good publisher who will pay me my royalties on time and who will see the value of my work which will improve our society and humanity. It’s my hope that the revised second edition of my book will become a best seller and turn into a movie God willing. Unlike other organization that do a partial part of addressing the issue we will focus on the entire black family  from infants to senior citizens and change the negative environment in the black ghetto/ the hood. As a Christian socialist I have a responsibility to educate those who are around me about  my cause and about my vision. Those of you who continue to sit back and make fun of the seriousness of the situations I am fighting for shame on you. I would be better if you delete me off your friends list because you are taken up space for my true supporters.  Those of you who have me on your friends list but don’t know what I am really about then get to know me by sending me your Yahoo email so that we can chat live on Yahoo Messenger or on Skype.  My sisters I encourage you to share my information with all of your male counter parts such as your boy friend; your husband; your brothers; uncles etc…If you are serious about real change in Black America and if you are fed up with these career politicians then do me a favor and purchase my book  “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America.”  Read the entire book and if you like make the corrections for it is a as is book on purpose by the publisher ask me why?

They don’t want to give credit to a black man that claim to have the answer to solve our social issues gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in America. This is spiritual warfare and it’s on. I would seem that an American literary agent would be more then interested in taken my manuscript and connecting me with a respectable publisher who will see the value of my work on society but this has not happen.  How come my professional black friends on my profile won’t step up and assist me with finding a literary agent?  Because our people only react after the fact. They don’t see no need to rush in this situation. Their children don’t live in the black ghettos, their children go to good private schools, they don’t have to worry about drive by shootings. Bottom line it does not concern them. GRCAM represents the kingdom of light which was given to me by my creator. As Christians our relationship with God has been restored because of Christ so why do we continue to be under “satan’s system capitalism?” 


The goal of  GRCAM is first to liberate the hearts and minds of my people that are trapped in American ghettos.  Capitalism was imposed on us as a result of our people enslavement.  It’s not God’s will for our people in American ghettos or those in the slums of Africa to live in poverty and be at the mercy of capitalist. I claim no credit as it pertains to the principles in my book. Those of you who careless about black issues why do you continue to be on my page? This is what turns me off.  Anyone who wants to be a part of this new movement in Black America must accept all of the principles in my book.  I don’t care how much money you have in your bank account, I don’t care how many degrees you have, I don’t care how fine a sistah may look if you disagree you can’t be in this point blink.  Once I get my board of directors/management team all of my clients/members will be placed in our database. If anyone deliberately tries to sabotage this organization that person or persons name and photo ID will be placed on our Judas list and that person or persons will be barred for life and we may take legal action against such persons. GRCAM is only for law abiding people of all racial groups.  GRCAM will not impose religion on others people have a choice.  This organization was given to me to share with others who want to live in a better world that it can happen.  Not everyone will accept GRCAM and that’s their choice and I have a choice to deny them our services. GRCAM is about improving man made conditions on the less fortunate in our society. My objective is to personally see that everyone under my leadership reach their personal life goals.

We see that the criminal justice system is bias against blacks but we as black people continue to hold on to the same system which have enslaved our people in order to appease our former slave masters. When we don’t get justice what do our people do? Our people riot. They burn buildings, loot, and destroy personal property. So what the hell does that prove? Capitalism is unaffected. So then we have to travel to another community in order to purchase goods and services instead of joining GRCAM.  I praise God for the vision it’s my hope that I will find a literary agent that will connect me with a good publisher who will pay me my royalties on time so that I can begin to move from behind a computer and attract my future board of directors/ management team so that we can begin serving our people starting in Chicago.  Capitalism is satan’s system and I explain about that in more detail in my second book. This book begins with my experience living in the black ghetto/ the hood, and how I was

illegally removed from my home and thrust into the foster care system and the abuse that I
endured.
