GRCAM FOR ORDINARY LAW ABIDING AMERICANS

Some people ask me why do I continue to push my vision if nobody cares? I tell my critics than who will be that voice for my people that are trapped in American Ghettos and my people that live in squatter settlements or shanties in the slums of Africa? My message is not for everyone even though I correspond with 125,000 people online only a few have received my vision to "Help Stop The Genocide In American Ghettos." 

My organization is aimed at ordinary law abiding Americans who want to solve these endless debates once and for all. I have something that no other organization has in America the answer on how to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in America.  I have been sharing my views with my cyber friends for over ten years and still they refuse to step up and work with me directly. I have tried to get other black organizations in Chicago to work with me and I would share credit with them they decline.  I even tried the black churches in my former community have ignored my request to stand with me because I am not a celebrity nor am I am part of the system. 

Now I have made my story available to the public and still the enemy has tried to block my vision by not editing my first book in which I paid for editing. Now I am in the process of finding a legitimate literary agent but so far they all have decline my query letters and my book proposal.  But I strongly believe in my creator who has given me this vision to share with Black America.  A lie can not last for ever sooner or later Black America will know my story and those who receive my vision I will only work with them because after all people have free will. In time I plan on turning my book into a movie to reach others over seas and begin expanding my organization to communities that want our services.  GRCAM is open to those who are great and to those who are small.  Everyone that wants to be apart of this new movement in Black America must accept my vision and all of the principles in my book even my relatives no exceptions. Happy Father's Day to all the real brothers  handling their business. 



GRCAM is all about working with single black fathers and married fathers alike.  Once I get my organization up and running in Chicago we will begin transforming the Black Community like no other organization in America.  Our spiritual component again will be optional for secular people but for those who want to connect with their maker we will provide spiritual growth to them through our Community Outreach Black Men's Program. This will be a Spirit-filled, full gospel, non-denominational prayer group where saved and unsaved men are able to come together to be blessed by one another through encouragement, edification, and the sharing of real life experiences using God's word as their first and final authority.  Creating a fellowship that carries out the great commission of our Lord Jesus Christ; impacting our next generation of men, young and seasoned.
I believe that men play a vital role in the great move of God to come. That is why our black men group will encourage all of our men to participate, learn and be equipped with the Word of God concerning our community, our family and our personal life style. 
Our Black Men Group, will have interactive activities aimed at specific issues facing black men in our society; to help men mature in their God-given roles as husbands, fathers, workers, and leaders in our community.


The goal of our Black Men Goup is to unite Black Men in Chicago and eventually nationwide by pooling all our resources together to build a foundation that will help build this organization for years to come. Bringing ordinary law abiding black men at the table and working collectively to heal from the scars of slavery.  Providing legitimate employment for our at risk youths, ex-offenders, and former gang members.  Uniting our middle class, working class, and our under class black men to the place of knowing he is a man of God first and foremost, then restoring our black men back to his original place in God, at home and in society.  Allowing God to repair the breach and build up the wasted places.  Our black men group will be committed to serving and training strong  black men to walk into their God given victory, power, and authority.

This is the vision I've been pushing for two decades and still I have no support from established black organizations nor do I have any black churches from my former community willing to stand with me in getting this organization up and running for our people. Ask me why?  Because a majority of our people in leadership have become Americanized  I have mind you get yours mentality. Their is a need for GRCAM in Black America we have more black men in prison than in college. We see that the old way of thinking is not working why not give my way of thinking a try?

My creator has given me the answer on how to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in America.  I am ready to lead this great movement and I will continue to promote my vision into it becomes a reality. Even in cyberspace out of 125,000 people I network with on various social networks I only have three people on my advisory board. 

This is the main reason why I wrote my story "The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America"  to generate revenue/seed money so that I can attract talent people to join my team (board of directors/advisory) so that we can turn my vision into reality.  I operate a little diffrent than most authors I want to personally connect with all of my readers who agree with my vision and all of the principles in my book.  I encourage my supporters to send me their name and contact number to my facebook inbox or my g-mail I also encourage them to join my free online groups so that they can interact with my supporters from around the globe until we have a place of business.  This is my contribution back to my community and to my people that receive my message.  Peace & Blessings

Dear cyber friends & associates
 

I come before you again as an authentic black man with a vision to solve one of our  most important issue in Black America urban violence. I have tried my best at getting established black organizations to partner with me to help stop the genocide in American ghettos starting in Chicago but they decline.  I have reach out to the black church in my former community to work with me in getting my organization up and running they just gave me lip service.  As a result I have took a leap of faith and decided to take my vision to the public in the form of a book entitled “The Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America.”  My creator has given me the answer on how to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in America.  I wrote my story to generate revenue/seed money so that I can offer incentives to attract talented people to join my team (board of directors/advisory board) 30 people in the United States that agree with my vision and accept all of the principles in my book to contact me and come to Chicago to help turn my vision into reality.  All I ask this that the person or persons have a two year degree or above in accountant; business administration; marketing; social work; finance; law; human resource consultant; business consultant; grant writing; insurance.  Those without degrees can be on my advisory board so that everyone can have a voice. I will  start this organization in the city of Chicago first.  My goal is to create this organization in 25 states and then we will expand to the African continent, Brazil, and the Caribbean Islands.

It’s my hope that everyone that lives in other states join connect with me so that when I expand GRCAM that I will have a contact person to work with me in getting GRCAM started in the hood. In addition, once I have established GRCAM in 25 states in America I hope that I can use those of you in Africa to assist me in the areas where we can meet the need for the people who want our services. This is why it’s important to keep the lines of communication open with me in my online groups while I still have time before GRCAM began then I will be out in the field and less time online.

What makes this organization different from other organizations?

This organization is based on my personal experience. The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement has three main components: a social service component, a spiritual component, and  a political component. We will fulfill Dr. King's dream of ending poverty and structural inequality in America but first we will focus on ending gun violence in Urban America and in America in general.  

Our goal is to first stabilize the community by our outreach programs and create legitimate jobs in the hood so that our clients can raise their family in a safe environment particularly those who are trapped in American ghettos. Our social service component: would consist of the single family services which would assist single black mothers and single black fathers and low income two parent families who reside in the ghettos with job training, education,  child daycare and violence prevention. As well as help to keep their children away from drugs and out of street gangs. We  will also offer a second chance program for ex offenders.

Our spiritual component:

Will be optional for secular people. In this component we will have two major camps a Christian camp and a Islamic camp. The purpose is to give people a chance to grow more in their faith and for us to pool our resources in order to improve our community.

 Our political component:

We will start our own political party on the local level the “Democratic Socialist Party” focus on local issues and to change current gun laws.

The Grass Roots Community Activist Institute which will be our alternative school. We will offer four classes an acting class, journalism, oil painting, and a music workshop. In addition,  We will offer onsite child daycare. Unlike other organization that do a partial part of addressing the issue we will focus on the entire black family  from infants to senior citizens and the environment.  In time once we have support from the community and everyone is on one accord with the vision then we will build cooperative alliances with other communities beyond the black community. We will create nonprofit organizations, grocery stores, restaurants, and start our own real estate company to provide affordable housing to our clients and members. Before you can join this organization you must first accept the vision and all of the principles in chapter 10.

Everyone must sign a consent form and be placed in our database. I will keep taps on our clients, members, and staff. Anyone that is found guilty of deliberately trying to sabotage this organization through false allegation or through defrauding our clients or members will have their name and photo ID placed on our Judas list and they will be barred for life. We may also take legal action against such person.  This won’t be a one way street I assist others who have accepted my hand of friendship with finding college scholarships - grants, small business grants; housing; legal services and employment on a national level all for free. (Hood Liberator The Fruit OF My Labor)

First and foremost I am a Christian socialist.  A Christian socialist is socialism based on Christian values. A Christian socialist believes that socialism is the logical political choice for a Christian. Christianity is a religion not a political ideology; it is concerned with the human soul, and one could be a very good Christian without holding any political views at all. However, Christian socialists believe that some of the core values of Christianity are to help one another when in need, preserve the sanctity of life, and  reject excessive individualism  promoted under capitalism. Christian socialists identify the cause of inequality to be associated with greed that  is perpetrated under capitalism. I am a social entrepreneur. Social entrepreneurs uses  entrepreneurial principles to organize, create and manage a social venture to achieve a desired social change. Social entrepreneurs measure the positive returns to society. The main aim of social entrepreneurship is to further broaden social, cultural, and environmental goals. My organization will set the groundwork for social change in Black America. I have lost patience with black leaders and established black organizations that never seem solve the social problems affecting our community. This is why I wrote my story to gather the best and brightest people in the United States to join my team and devise a new approach to solve these complex issues in our community. I believe that GRCAM will help others in and outside of the community with legitimate jobs and gain economic independence and serve as a catalyst to other communities for creating jobs.

The book I propose, is an auto-biography about my personal experience growing up in the inner city of Chicago. Experience is the best teacher and I am the best qualified person to write this book as it pertains to my own experience. In addition, to the marketing and selling of The “Solution For Black America: Reclaiming, Rebuilding, And Restoring The Urban Ghettos In America,” I also wrote this book to promote my organization "The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement" It has three main components: a social service component, a spiritual component, and a political component. Bill Cosby wrote a pretty good book about the plight of Black America called “Come On, People: On the Path from Victims to Victors,” a collection of testimonials from Cosby's Call-Outs from the last several years, overlaid with Cosby's own commentary, seeks to clear the air. There's a thin line between tough love and outright contempt.  When Cosby preaches finger-wagging Jeremiads against the lifestyles of poor blacks, all the history in the world doesn't matter, because no one likes being judged. But when Cosby plays the charmer, he can get away with most anything. In contrast, the book  “Is Bill Cosby Right? Or Has the Black Middle Class Lost Its Mind”? Michael Eric Dyson pushes back against the "bitter attacks Cosby has launched dishonor the incredible strength of character of millions of poor blacks" (p. 167). His book weaves together social commentary, evidence-based analysis of Cosby’s comments, and exaltation of the poor Blacks at whom Cosby’s words were directed. Central to Dyson’s argument in this book is the idea that Cosby has built up years of cultural capital and credibility while ignoring race to establish a platform for himself that he is using to lambaste and criticize poor Blacks rather than defend them. Dyson’s primary concern is not that the poor are criticized in Cosby’s comments, but that the criticism has a harshness and an edge to it that indicates a lack of patience and, perhaps more importantly, a lack of understanding of the plight of poor Blacks in America. Dyson’s book is a point-by-point investigation of the merits and logic of the various planks of Cosby’s purportedly anti-poor stance. Another book that relates to my topic is The Covenant by Tavis Smiley. This is all done in about 230 pages, this is no small feat! Each covenant (or chapter) opens with an introductory essay on the subject matter. This essay is followed by bulleted facts on the conditions of African-Americans. Next prescriptions of what “the community” can do follow. They are followed by what elected officials can do. Then brief case studies of successful examples of grassroots efforts around these issues are described. Lastly each covenant closes with the endnotes from the essay which provide nice supplementary reading lists. At the end of each covenant, I found myself not only feeling more versed in the topic but also aware that many of us have been successful at affecting our conditions with small actions that yield big results. All in all, I was very impressed with this book.  My book is different and unique because it’s based on my own personal experience and I have my own theory on how to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality in  Black America and  America in general.


In the book of Numbers 13:17-32 Moses told his people to give him a report about the land they seek to inhabit. People continue to suggest to me that I should just work under an established organization that is doing what I want to do. I cast down such suggestions if I follow the same organizations that reject my vision then there is no reason for me to offer an answer to solve these issues. Bottom line my creator has given me the answer on how to end gun violence, poverty, and structural inequality. I will not compromise the principles in my organization in order to gain financial support from those in power (the financial elites) after all I offer a new system that will change the world in which we live if given a chance among our people and others. (GRCAM Theory Part Two)

Religious people keep telling me that I need Caesar "the bank" to start my organization. I tell them Caesar is dead I need others to purchase my book so that I can earn seed money to start the second reconstruction era in Black America. In time once my book becomes a best seller than I can finally start my organization (The Grass Roots Community Activist Movement) in my former community. Once GRCAM create chapters around the country we will start a new currency I explain more in my revised book. We will build cooperative alliances with such groups as Occupy Wall Street Movement, the Socialist Worker, and the African People's Solidarity Committee.  I am ready to lead this new movement in Black America keep on laughing my team will appear soon.
